As you have heard me talk about the vog here on some days, well, we haven't had any vog for a while. It has stayed and blanketed the big island. It has killed most of the plants over there. Farmers are losing it all. Since the states largest money maker is coming from there in the form of mj. Legal or not the state is in a panic. :smokin2::smokin2:
Mj is the money cow here and the tourist industry is a distant 2nd. It's like volcanic ash is covering everything there. Everyone is saying it's too late help! Key Riced! :lot-o-toke:

oh no, that is horrid.....thats just awful....lived across cook inlet when redoubt blew in ak. so can imagine what steady would be....poor people, i hate to say it, but it seems to be the cycle we (earth) is in....dont usually watch news, but it is really bad all over with the weather this yr....the old timers here are just blowing it....the whole pattern is off....makes no sense, and then the pundits say, its a phase....yeah, called 2012.....the air is so polluted you cant breath when you go out....where is the breeze we usually get....enough of that...

so far, the plants are really trying, but alot are going hermie once in bud...shows shock happened somewhere, duhh, think it could be heat...cant get another a/c for the other place....all sold out for one, another is electric lines wont take it....old houses ect....need to keep it standing....very careful about all that....

wishing you and yours a good cool breeze, sunny temps and no vog....hope it clears up soon for you all....yeah, wa. doesnt say so, but mmj is keeping it afloat also....boeing sure isnt anymore....hugs, L....lemon drop still ok....

Square feet or cubic feet? Gallon is volume - as is cubic feet. Square foot is area. The square footage of a 4-gallon pot cannot be determined by giving only its volume.

But as for cubic feet... 0.534722222 cubic feet in four US gallons. Approximately, lol.

Hi Lavendar I don't remember which journal it was, but I posted a rant about Global Warming and we being in the 2 second year of a seven year El Nino. Things are not good on Mother Earth at the moment. :smokin2::smokin2:

I know you expected Hermies to come with the heat. That doesn't help the reality of it. Thinking of it and seeing it are two different things. So sorry! :smokin2: I also understand keeping an old house standing. Have the same wiring problem here. You wouldn't believe all the power cords I have in this room.:ganjamon:

I am having beautiful sunny days here with cool breezes. For what ever reason the vog is just staying on the big island. It looks like the soot and dust after Mount St Helena's bang. To be truthful, I don't know why folks want to live beside an erupting volcano. Go figure.:smokin2:

decided since we have the hot weather i would bring the lemon drop out into the real world of the green house...she will need to be sprayed tonight to guard against bugs, but still have azamax....i put her right from the baby pot into 3.5gal pot, and gave her piranha and tarantula....we took the two ducks out that were male so have room for her...want to give her a taste of real sun, in a semi shaded place...have a sun shade over the greenhouse...so far she really seems to like it, and that is good....will give her some aza to drink in a couple of days, but want to give the good bacteria a chance to get a foot hold...

also wanted to say, i had used roots, oregonism on the ducks and they were the first plants we have ever had that the roots really really filled in the pots in...was great to see some results....the way its supposed to be...so far the other duck looks female...all for now, L:MoreNutes:

yes, one question? what is that little tiny red dot near the center of the bud in the first picture....looked like some sort of a little red spider? excuse me, but i seem to be on hyper-vigilence now....but you know i cant gripe, after all the plants ive got to grow in the last yr....amazing, so im really thrilled by it all....
