If you grow outside again, you should look into drip emitters. I use them in my veg garden, work great, can adjust the flow up or down according to the plants needs. Could probably cover your spaces for about 40 bucks, put a timer on it and you can go on a vacation or even "forget" to turn the water off.

YEP thank,s OMM they are wonderful I would truly love to do an out door grow again the last time my nieghbour was helping gaurd them an I went out to the garden saying thank,s an couldnt understand why he was looking a bit puzzled, that,s when I realised that all but about 4 were gone and the cheecky bastard tried to sell it back then said the weed was shit (not a surprise they still had a few week,s ) Ah well I will dream an look at your pic,s
