OldMedMan Goes Indoors Part 2

**you can never tell.....my syrup was about 5ft tall and gave just over 2oz.. And the weed is pretty good. With all the killer strains I've stocked in the past couple of years, I doubt I'd buy seeds but I'd grow a freebie again.
***Tropical sunlight and heavy feeding/watering were likely the reason. That Syrup of yours, would have probably been a whole different animal, outdoors and kicked in the ass good and hard. You chose to treat them like they were in the Atacama. I think their survival speaks to the overall hardiness.....but it's no LUCY. No argument there
:)

Your right Chopper! :high-five:
I treated her like a step sister. Out side she would have done much better.
I have 3 autos to go and I think they will be much better.....maybe. Yes, she was a freebie too. Can't wait to get the other girls out side. :thanks:

The Story Continues....................................................Beautiful Milan

The Hotel looked like arches on arches on arches. It seemed to be marble and gold. Open and airy. We had a nice dinner and went up to our room. Her dressing area was big as most bedrooms. We went from window to window just looking at Milan all lit up.
It was just beautiful. I remember just standing behind Tony with my arms around her. It just seemed timeless.

In the morning I woke up first. Tony was tucked under my arm and her long black hair was spread all over me and the pillow. She was beautiful. I had a long think about things
and realized there was no place I would wanted to be other than right there.
We never talked about love, but it was there. Well, later on we did talk about love.
More on that later.. When she woke up she just smiled and snuggled closer. There was no hurry.

If you ever go to Milan, look a bit out of town and you will find discount houses from all the major designers for both men and women. Here you could pick up once worn clothes
that had been down a runway at ridiculous prices. That is where we headed today.

To be continued................................

Good morning OMM! Well, I was a bit behind for a day or two, but caught up now. Needless to say I was a little disheartened to read that you were given a bit of bad news from the doc, but then again I didnt know you USED to smoke 3-4 packs aDAY!?? WTF Ol' Man!!?? Thats littlerally an amazing feat, to smoke that much in one day. I'm @ 1 pack a day, and thats up from a while back. After reading all this I'm going to taper off with you, and make an honest effort to quit for real. I have found that quitting is easy, whereas STAYING quit is another story. Heres what I do know about what helps in the tapering off period.

Break the cycles that you depend on the most such as;
Smoking after meals
Smoking during certain activities like driving
Smoking first thing in the morning/Right before bed.....And so on.

If you can start working on those basics, the inbetweens become at least a little easier. I once had it licked, and then life threw me a hell of a curve ball, went to prison and gave up my resolve once I got out. I'm fatigued, and lethargic most times, and cant find the energy I need to do my job and keep up with the kiddos anymore, and I'm sick of it. I've eaten a nice big breakfast thismorning made by my loving wife, and want a smoke so damn bad. But I WILL NOT go have that smoke, both in support of your fight, and my own. Lets get healthier OMM:high-five:

Much love and respect OMM, you can do this brother.....

Hello again OMM, hang in there buddy. I have a good friend quitting cigs by force--she's in the joint and it is verboten there. We told her if she smoked when she gets out, we will kick her ass. You have your support network here. Any time you log on, i guarantee that someone will be here for you.

Hey there OMM! My first full day with out a cig and I havent killed anyone yet! I am a basket of nerves... :cough:

Its funny..... My family has been begging me to quit for months. I only know you on this site. When I heard your story that pushed me over the edge. I am your quitting partner!!

I notice I have alot more energy and Weed is stronger while I am in withdrawl. That is a plus!!! :rocker:

Hi My Buddy Quix :high-five:
Thanks for joining the fray. I usually don't have set hours. Sometimes I go for 20 hours before sleeping. If you have a cigarette constantly in your mouth it's pretty easy to smoke 3 or 4 packs a day. That will not happen any more. Today I think I've smoked maybe 3 cigs. That's not a great effort for me, I'm feeling bad from other things...I think! Spent most of the day in bed.
Soon as I get off these things for good, I should feel much better.
I do follow your list of things not to do already, but the reminders are great.

By the way, like I've said before, everyone has a story. Sounds like you have one too. We all do.

Gave you some +reps for you joining me in the fight. Thanks Brother :bravo:

Hey OG13. :high-five:

I'm hanging in Bro. I would kick her butt too. she would deserve it.

Your so right.....420 guys and girls.....have really stepped up for me. I am so grateful for their help, you included of course. Nicotine is really embedded in my system. I am sitting in an air conditioned room sweating my but off.
Thanks OG13. :thanks:

Hi All....someone wanted to see the veg girls, so here they are. Sorry for the crap pictures. I just didn't feel like doing individual snaps of them. Didn't want to move them individually. If feel bad for one of them..it had yellowing leaves because I haven't watered them until now. Got to get it together. :MoreNutes:

I'll take some better ones soon.....promise! :high-five:

Those plants are looking very healthy! A little stress won't hurt them at all!! Those CFLs are really doing the job. I like the way you have them all tied up and hanging down! It has a theatrical look!! :thumb:

Hey Buddy ! :high-five:

Yes, actually they are doing good. That's funny.....they do look theatrical.

From below it's like a spider web! :thanks:

Remember OMM, they are weeds, they will be fine, take care of yourself first.

Thanks OG13 :Namaste:

But, But, But......they are valuable weeds!

I know what you mean, my friend, right now it's me before anything else. :thanks:

OMM,
I'm glad to hear you're going to quit smoking. My mother refused to quit even after she was diagnosed with cancer. She eventually quit, she passed away in September of last year at the age of 68. Way too young in my opinion. My bother and sister and myself had been trying for years to get her to quit, to the point of not letting her around the grandkids because she refused to not smoke when she would visit. She hadn't seen my kids in over 6 years before she passed. I have a lot of regrets for not being there more for her, but we all felt she loved her cigarettes more than us, and we were all pretty bitter about her choices.

I know that it can be tough to quit, but every extra day that quitting can give you is a gift that shouldn't be squandered.

I'm not a praying type, but will send you some positive vibes.

Good luck with stopping smoking brother. I truly wish you all the good health and happiness the world has to offer! Great looking veg, very theatrical indeed, and I love the story about Toni.

Whassup OMM?!

Look at all the challenges you've conquered in your life. You survived Greek prison life, and the military (amongst other things) for crying out loud. You'll kick nicotines ass - I have so much faith in you buddy! :high-five:

Oh, and look at all the others you've inspired - that's got to be a great motivator right there. Hang in there brother, hope it gets a bit easier.

You have inspired me! Day two no cigarette! Easier than yesterday! No casualties!! :thumb:

You're more than welcome OMM! And thank you for the reps! I tell you what, when OMM hands out reps, it gives you a darn promotion! I swear the reps you gave me were worth like 50 points! When others rep me it only gives me around 10-20 points. Oh and you bumped me up to 4 reputation boxes so thanks for that too!
I sure hope you get to feeling better, I know your body doesnt like the shock of cutting back so much, but great job only having a few. I will have to cut back by about 5 smokes a week for the next few weeks before I will have the ability to lay it down for good.

No need to reply brother, just get your rest.....
