THsea and I made a few changes in veg area. :high-five:

Those plants are looking very healthy. You sure get good results with those CFL lights! How big are the pots the plants are in now?:thumb:

Hey my Friend :)

I love to veg with CFLs. I try to cover the whole spectrum they put out. Mainly
I like the lumens they put out together. All together they are burning 560 watts.

The pots are 3 gallons each.

Have a good day :thumb:

Do you plan on keeping in the 3 gallon pots during the whole grow? Or do you put in a bigger pot later.:hmmmm:

Good Morning OMM! :)

What a great continuation as always! do you still cook the way she taught you????

Veg looks just great man, I think it is a huge improvement and I think you will see benefits very soon from concentrating those lights :thumb:

:peace:

You and Thsea did good. Keep an eye on the power strip when the bulbs turn on, those CFLs have a big inrush. Most people are not aware.....they use little current running but let several times thru while they start up.

They will be replanted into 5.2 and 11 gallon airpots. Then put outside. :yummy:

I am such a stoner! Thanks for updating me. I remember now that you are starting inside and going outside! Those plants in the 11 gallon airpots are going to be HUGE!! :thumb:

Morning MS :)

I can still cook it all......but I can't eat it anymore.....to rich for my system now. I don't like the pain I would have to go through. Jo and I were talking about how much we miss it the other day. Most of my marriages I have always done the cooking.
I taught both my sons how to cook too.:high-five:

Not only did we concentrate them, we added 10 more lights.:thumb:

Thanks OG, :thanks:

THsea has done enough lighting things, that now he shows me the way to do it!
:high-five: One fine young Man.:Namaste:

The lights are on 24/0 so once lit they stay on.

That is really great! and too bad at the same time :(
I am the cook as well, I really like to marry whats ripe from my veg crops and what I am cooking for the evening. I have 2 really nice gardens which the summer crops are coming to an end, but the fall ones are just getting started yeah!

I think all young people should learn how to cook or at least the concepts or cooking, to much fast food mentality these days. I love me a home cooked meal!

I see that and its looks just great! keep it up my friend!

:peace:

OMM,

As always, great pic updates, great story...I always look forward to your journal.

Hi OMM ...... I was checking more of the journal/journey .......... as usual Facinating !
I do quite a bit of cooking but I married an Italian, who could have her own cooking show Wow ! Has this ever happened to you ? This has happened to me twice on 2 different strains......... While harvesting I have found only 1 seed on a for sure female plant. Is this normal ?

Your ladies look beautiful and healthy my friend!! I dont have the time to read your stories right now but I'll be back to read them soon...

:welldone:

Even money, that I know who gets the 11gal
;)
I've yet to grow that full pounder (plus) :adore::adore::adore:
I got over half way there with a Jack last season:high-five:
****:cheertwo::cheertwo: Medusa's hanging...:cheertwo::cheertwo:
couple nice foxtail girls, and a seeded female. Little stacks or horns growing out of the budz proper. Nice fruity aroma and plenty o sparkle. So so yield.... we'll see . Pretty much as Nirvana advertised so far
I like 'em best as veggie-babies too...some you just hate to take out of the blue light. I got a G13 Super Skunk that would qualify as a houseplant were it anything else. I've lost track, but she's been in the barn for two full cycles. I keep saying I'll clone her when I get back...for like a month now
Pretty group you got going there OMM. Very nice indeed:thumb:

Hi OMM -

Your vegging ladies look really great. Nice job on the CFL redo, looks good, and you added lights! :high-five:

Tony sounds interesting and the story certainly is! Is Tony really Jo? I'm looking to scoop the story somehow... ;)

Hope you are both well. Wish you'd have been able to get an auto like the one I had - I'm starting to think she was something special. Having said that, I saw another journal with a Big Bang Auto on another site that was a huge yielder, too. It was best selling seed recently at a Dutch seed site I was on. Anyone wants a good auto to try, that might be it!

Hi to Jo - hope you are well! :)

..... While harvesting I have found only 1 seed on a for sure female plant. Is this normal ?
I've had that happen to me as well. I've read in another journal that sometimes a plant throws out a seed or two in a last-ditch effort to reproduce, it should be a femmed seed. I had it happen with one of my caramelicious girls and on a couple of my gigabuds as well. Not a single male flower in site. Very strange. I remember reading that the chances increase the longer they are in flower past being ready.

Hi MS :)

That just sounds great. Straight from garden to table. :bravo:

I think there will be many more gardens in the future. Jo and I don't trust what we buy any more. Here in Kailua they they are building a really large Natural Food Store. All organic foods. That will be where we go, when it opens.

Tad, my first wife was Hispanic and she was a good cook. We shared cooking duties. Only so many jalapeños the boys and I could take. :hippy:

RS could cook one dish,,,,Chicken Pot Pie. Nothing else.

Jo doesn't like to cook, but can. I like my own cooking best.

The only fast food I eat is from Subway.

Your right, everyone needs to know the basics of cooking. I Think home cooking is the future. :grinjoint:

OMM,

As always, great pic updates, great story...I always look forward to your journal.

Hey sqwheels. :high-five:

Thanks, glad you like it. I know it's getting harder for you to get over here and take a look at things , your journal is now so popular, it takes up most of your time.

Not a bad thing at all! :thumb:

Thanks clayhead ! :)

That's great buddy........those Italian Ladies sure can cook....your a lucky man.

I find the odd seed every once in a while while harvesting. Usually they are good female seeds. The plants make one last seed to help preserve the strain.
I've got a Columbian Gold seed I'll plant one of these days. A nice freebie seed.:MoreNutes:
