Ohioboy With Fast Buds: Let's See How Fast Exactly

Air circulation is key. If you have air staying in there long enough to get to 70%, you need to have some way to exchange your grow air and outside air. Temps will be ok with 80. But humidity needs to drop. A small dehumidifier would do wonders.

How would it work it's outside I've got fans blowing but it's in a camping tent but I live on an island it's humid as hell all the time with the fans I'm always 2-3 percent lower inside the tent humidity wise but it's like all netting basically so how would I dehumidifie

Your temperatures are good. I try to keep mine around 82-85 or thereabouts. It's that humidity level that's concerning. You're flirting with rot with humidity that high. I'd think of a dehumidifier before an ac unit.

It's too bad they don't sell Silica by the block. That would eat up moisture for sure. LOL

This is a stumper and I am watching with interest on the ideas.

The salt in bowls some people have reported worked well, and crackers. They absorb moisture very well. Little fixes, but the could help a little bit whilst you figure out the big fix.

HELP

Remove that branch Ohioboy. When you do, cut it open. There is a worm called "corn boarer" or something like that and it does damage inside. See if you find any worms or critters in there.
You're going to have to remove that branch anyway, it's a perfect opportunity to look.

Just for the sake of eliminating possibilities.

:thumb:

Edit: Okay, I see now that you did cut it. Slice the branch length wise and see if you see any critters.

Whatever you're dealing with here isn't spider mites IMHO. So we've eliminated that. Where you cut it off the plant it appears to continue into the plant itself. Can you cut back further, in an attempt to isolate whatever's going on?

Canna, have you ever seen anything like this before?

Yes, I have Sue. It was the corn borer worms. They have different names, and I'm not even sure I spelled that right. Seems like Relaxed Lester had posted pics of them a few years ago. I just wanted to rule that out.

Outdoor organics. Kera Bubblegum & Northern Lights & An Afghan Lime Are My 3 Strains & I'm Growing

@ SUE,

Look through these pictures. Especially the last two. There is more than one problem going on, a few posts back I saw the carcass of an aphid or thrip on the leaves, and the back of the leaf on this set of pics looks like spider mites to me. You will see the little white things on the leaves in the pics, exactly what I had last year on my outdoor grow. They were aphid and thrip carcasses. I got close ups and posted pics.

He's already done something for that, but this dying stems one has me a bit stumped. I don't think aphids or spider mites can do that, but I'm still checking.

Would you disagree?
