I would ask some soil guys before you do it. Wouldn't want them to eat the roots.

I like where you are going with this question, I really do. I have often wondered if that would be ok to do. My guess is no. Some worms are composters. I think they would eat the roots. Other worms may not harm the plant, but would the nutes kill them, leaving decaying material with the roots? I don't think that would be good for the plant either. What we did was order a composter for inside. We puree all of our usable waste for the compost. The worms eat the food, make it into castings, and they also make worm tea. The tea is a good organic fertilizer for the mj plants. We also compost all of our plant waste so we can use it to feed future mj plants. It doesn't smell when the lid is on the composter.
