Hey b how much height are you working with? Have you seen those ufo shaped leds that are 80~ish watts, i'm not sure on the specifics.
If height was applicable maybe one of those up high beaming down on your girls would be a decent amount of supplemental? Just food for though on the long run :) reps being pushed your way :surf:

CA215, I want one, but I can't see spending $100 on it. I found a 125 watt cfl kit for $50 which puts off around 6k lumens, but I was measuring my area and I don't even know if it'll fit because of the sump pump pipe. sad day.

right now I have 8 cfls running which are about 20 watts each, so that's a total of 160 watts. I have two more bulbs, but I can't make room for them.

I saw you also commented on my watering technique. I am currently watering every 3 days or so. I don't like to let the soil get bone dry (cause it's a pain in the ass when the water just runs out the pot), but I do let it get pretty dry before watering.

note to self: watered 2/16 with no fertilizer.

Yes B.real,

plants looking real nice pal

How come you went with 4 weeks veg?

just asking as you told me there was no point to this and that you go 12/12 from seed.

Is this because of the slow growth you had due to cold?

big up

hi there victorvondoom. even at 12/12 from seed the pant will "veg" itself for a couple weeks. normally I can determine sex in 2-3 weeks, but between me starting this plant on a lowlight windowsill and the cold temps, it took 4 weeks this time around.

for this reason the best way to get a quick turn around with a good yield would be to run a veg schedule for a week or two.

most feeding schedules I've read suggest vegging for 2-3 weeks anyway. the plant really grows into the lights potential during the stretch.
