NuttyProfessor And His Herd Of Indigenous Microorganisms

All good white widow was topped , i doubled the food strength and topped up with new compost

I should have stated also this is putrefaction no molasses or sugars to be used

Relationships Between Putrefaction, Fermentation and Synthesis

The processes of putrefaction, fermentation, and synthesis proceed simultaneously according to the appropriate types and numbers of microorganisms that are present in the soil. The impact on soil quality attributes and related soil properties is determined by the dominant process. The production of organic substances by microorganisms results from the intake of positive ions, while decomposition serves to release these positive ions. Hydrogen ions play a pivotal role in these processes. A problem occurs when hydrogen ions do not recombine with oxygen to form water, but are utilized to produce methane, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptans and other highly reduced putrefactive substances most of which are toxic to plants and produce mal odors. If a soil is able to absorb the excess hydrogen ions during perids of soil anaerobic and if synthetic microorganisms such as photosynthetic bacteria are present, they will utilize these putrefactive substances and produce useful substrates from them which helps to maintain a healthy and productive soil.

what ever that means lol :rofl::laugh: sounds fun though

Was that mr potato head or did that girl come complete with munchies.
Your explanations of your brews are amazing, your not just a pretty face your pretty dam smart too. I might actually learn something. :thumb:

What a wealth of knowledge you share over here professor! Just caught up on the last few pages I had fallen behind and I'm just amazed with everything you continue to do. You're time and efforts sure show in the plants, they look lovely and healthy as can be with natures finest ingredients. Keep up the good work!

Morning mate.
It's all looking great. Really healthy plants and most importantly, nothing dead
Get it bottled and sold . You never know. This time next year rodders:laugh:
But great work, all your research and hard work has paid off and you've taught us lot about natural fertz and how it all works.
Should be proud of yourself mate :thumb:

Your plants are looking yummy! How are you forcing the putrification putrefaction? (just learned I've been spelling that word incorrectly my entire life :D ) I'm wondering because I've always wanted to build a swank composting toilet that friends aren't creeped out by. Also plants >.>

You are meant to just keep adding plant parts and let them rot , they say like soy sauce

the process of decay or rotting in a body or other organic matter.
"the breeze shifted and we caught the stench of putrefaction" its all new to me too , the plants are alive i am on page 7 now of this journal so i am kind of doing a LOT of things for a first here . i said it could go wrong any time but so far so good lol

Got my diversity of microbes , made up a potato tea , added leaf mold, also added to my compost then added a heater , that is a lot of adding  this will be added to all my soils in every location , future soils included , this is to have the diversity closer to home

Are you worried about tannins from the oak?

I'll take a bite after some sterile culturing :D You need a good microscope camera, Sir! I want to see what's in there.
Also poo is used to make bacteriophage therapies, a little known alternative to antibiotics.

Wow....that's all I can say. The explosive growth your plants have...:adore:

Not to go too far back but:
As i lay in bed last night thinking like i always do i decided ill not be added my top dress after today or ever make it again for this journal , i feel like its cheating a bit, or more it is not like this for these plants in nature ,but for now i have no other choice but to continue with the method until the time comes , so keep watching , it could go plop at any time as i fed those plants i top dressed, so could be over load  plus they are in 5 gallon as i was not going to add them to this journal lol:laugh: its done now so i cant take it back out pmsl

My Future plan is :hmmmm: >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>:nomo::reading420magazine::idea::meatballs:

I am going to grow hemp and make hemp compost , i will use leaves mostly in one and the flowers more in the other or use the flowers for ferments and microbes :)
This should bring me a large step closer to their natural growing but in a pot and i am playing mother nature :adore:
this will not be possible until i get the hemp grown , so for now ill crack on with what im doing ,

effect of hemp based compost and compost teas on plant growth. The matured compost was added to a basic potting mix in different proportions (0, 25, 50, 75 or 100%) and placed into 20 cm pots. Pots were planted with sunflower seeds (Helianthus annus, ‘Dwarf Sensation’), watered and placed in a glasshouse. Pots were arranged in a randomised design with six replicates per treatment. Compost tea produced from the compost was applied weekly to half the pots as a soil drench. Water infiltration rate increased with increasing percentage of hemp compost in the mix. Leaf chlorophyll content was lowest in the 100% potting mix control, while the 50, 75 and 100% compost treatments showed the highest chlorophyll levels. Leaf area at maturity was over 300% greater in the 75 and 100% compost treatments than in the 100% potting mix control. Flower head diameter increased with addition of compost, and was 45% larger in the 75 and 100% compost treatments. Pots treated with compost tea showed increased leaf area, chlorophyll content and flower head diameter. Data collected from this study has shown that hemp based composts are a valuable addition to potting media, and that hemp based compost teas can improve plant growth and yields.

Never heard of it lol , the leaves just stay in that basket over night , it just to the microbes come out , then its a clean solution :)

NO complaints , think the taller plant is back on track :ganjamon:no spreading of def marks

I see a LOT of growth over a few days , for burning 240 watts and no bottles of nutes this is not bad for first run doing this , ive a load to learn also

I just wish the orange punch was in a 7 a gallon not five . pic (3)
