I use those sticky traps to and my wife makes fun of me haha. Everytime she sees my garden she says something about my “adorable” bug traps :laughtwo: I love that you added the leaves to your mixture. I add them to my Vern icon post myself. Thanks for all this great info, I look forward to it every morning!

Thank you , yeah when i see mites or thrips i get butterflies in my tummy lol so i have them on my pots now

4 to 5 weeks slow release , can see them moving around the packs lol , where not much to buy and better than spraying :thumb: £19.99 25 packs
I priced them here for $333.00/500,000 mites. Thought either I was or the price was HIGH. I can see yours as affordable. Maybe I got on the eu section vs usa section.

some more pics , the FAA is doing well , almost pure liquid now , ill use on the white widow next watering .

The WSE genetics I've grown have been extra vigorous and very pleasing to partake in! Good luck with them!
They were meant to add 5 +1 free of gorilla glue but the pack was empty was a for a journal lol:laugh: , i got it sorted though and spoke to them , , was meant to be 12 seeds , but mistakes happen , not the end of the world , plus they offered 2 packs free next order so cant beat that , i have not much room so told them to add to my future order and ill do them, i am happy enough with one free seed never mind 6 :)
very good of them 5*

Ive noticed the white widow starting to green from the top , can see new green coming through the leaves in this pic , its handy being able to zoom in on this as this is my best way to check leaves

can see here if you use zoom , its good to see it coming back

Real humans doing human things with class adds to the big pic.

As always, an interesting read to catch up. If I ever dry off my feet and try growing in soil an all natural approach seems most appealing. Guaranty my better half will have nothing to do with your liquid mackerel juice, but maybe I can bury the tubs out back. lol The garden is awesome Professor and yes the WW does appear to be getting some color back. ? Do the mites multiply or die off when out of feed. And do or will they spread throughout the tent and ultimately throughout the house?

My grow is outside , i would think they die off if not pests to feed on , but when i seen some leaf damage there is a lot of little feckers , that is why i thinned a lot out yesterday to give my predators a better chance of cleaning them up , i do not know to be honest , plus i have a little extra bulk this time i decided to try some other methods cutting more inside and lower branching , there is a ton of air flow now , ill either hurt the yield or ill make bigger heavier buds ,

thanks hope your right , i think so too but never count your chickens :)

I tried to take some pics and my camera card shit its self and fell apart lol.. if i find one ill add soon , if not will be later :ganjamon:

Test camera , had to use a different one , any way you can see i removed a lot of over growth :)

Also the critical orange punch is back being green , i took a pic of her also pic (6) , the low magnesium really let her down in flower , that is something ill be super careful with going to flower from now on , ill be making sure im using some mag on the change over .

Why you should not bake soil in your oven :thumb:

Will heat treatment produce toxic compounds in the soil? :nerd-with-glasses:

Heating soil or nursery mix to excessively high temperatures will use more energy than is required and can eliminate beneficial microorganisms that may be present. Excessive soil heating (greater than about 180° F [82°C]) may also increase the chance of phytotoxicity due to exchangeable manganese, ammonium, soluble salts, and toxic organic compounds that are formed at high temperatures. It is safe to treat a UC-type soil mix (fine sand and sphagnum peat moss or hypnum peat moss) to a temperature of 212F (100C) without developing soil toxicity to plants. Soil mixtures high in readily decomposable organic matter such as manure, leaf mold, or compost or high amounts of manganese are most likely to become phytotoxic when exposed to excessively high temperatures.

Phytotoxicity due to exchangeable manganese will decrease over time as this element reoxidizes. If treatment temperatures are higher than 180° F (82°C), soil should be aged before use to minimize the likelihood of manganese phytotoxicity. Reoxidation of manganese to insoluble forms is greatly accelerated by the activity of soil bacteria, whose populations are also reduced or eliminated at high temperatures

next watering will also be for microbe solution no air pump no molasses

boiled potato , looks that colour as skin and dirt left on , boiled in rain water
Used 4 composts for this , horse manure, mushroom, worm and the microbes i collected in my own fresh compost
rain water , fish tank heater set at 22
put all in stocking , or fine mesh netting , squeeze out the microbes and potato ( food)
