Northern Light Automatic

Hey guys! I do not have much to say, I just want some thoughts from you about this grow in special!

Northern lights automatic
The soil is a compost from the store
I'm giving her rainwater for the past 1 week as a half
I'm growing her inside this aquarium you see in the picture and for the moment I do not have more lights available.

Next week or 2 weeks from now I will have my Hydro mars t1000 and a tent to improve the grow.

This plant is 2 week old and I don't think it's bad at all.

Everyday she looks healthy and good, the only worry I had was the first leaves getting white dry but I raised the humidity and it's been better.

She's on 20/4

I think that Is all, everyday I will post a picture of her so you see the progress.

(everyday I'm taking her outside for a bit and then I will put her outside completely when shes ready to.

Welcome to the party.... It looks very happy.

Female, or do you not know yet?

Only 2 weeks old? I’m on my first grow and 16 days in with nowhere near as much growth as this one. I do have the same seed (mines from Freedom seeds) so may well start this one on the weekend. I’ll be riding along with you on this one

Hey man!! I'm not that much good.. This is my third serious grow, and my first 2 didn't survived. One I had to cut down and other didn't survive.

So it is not easy but once you get some good tips, it gets better :)

Can you send a photo of yours?

This one is the best plant of the other 2 I had, and still I think it could be bigger, since I see another 2 week seddlings bigger than mine.

So I assume it as to do with conditions and seed quality and how we do treat them.

As people told me here, light light and light! Give her light and good conditions such as good soil, check pH and all this little things. It makes a difference.

This plant tho is getting no nuts simply because I do not have them available right now, and it's growing on a shitty space. But still growing!

I'm slowly putting her in my balcony everyday so she gets used to the outdoor life.

I hope you be sucessful on your grow :)

There seems to be a fair amount of trial and error from what I’ve read but hopefully it’s third time lucky for you!

Mines in the windowsill getting 7/8 hours of direct sunlight everyday and then being out into my makeshift tent with a grow light for another 7/8 hours per day which is probably why she isn’t growing as fast as she could.

I’ll be following this thread dude, I’ve attached a couple photos which I’ve just taken, she is growing fine but just a bit slower than yours.

Looking forward to seeing them grow

Too!! So from what people told me in my mistakes your plant may be slowing down because 7 to 8 hours of direct sunlight when it's a seedling can damage it. So you can give it a lot of artificial light that's no problem but when it comes to putting a seedling under direct sunlight for more than 30min or 1h can damage it. Try to do 30min sunlight and the rest artificial. Next day do it 1 hour sunlight the rest artificial, next day try 1 and a half hour in sun(...) everyday slowly add more time under light but not that much of like 7 to 8 hours.

The yellowing in the middle can be caused by it maybe or poor soil or nitrogen problem.

Thank you for the support and follow this thread :)

I will be following yours to

BTW you said it's the same seed as mine? Northern Light? Is it autoflower? If not it's normal maybe to be slower than mine. This one is autoflower and the first autoflower Im growing

00 Seeds, i might try northern lights from some other breeder next time. They cost me 15$ for 5, some others cost that much for one seed but maybe it is worth it who knows. No complain about the genetics except that i picked it because it was said to be a strain with 'little smell' but that i not what i'm seeing, not sure what yours smell like but i thank god for my carbon filter every day! Maybe its not much compared to other strains ? Dont know.

I have to agree with you on the smell ahaha I read the same thing "no smell at all" but damn this baby girl gets crazy on the smell... And it's a rigid plant.. I topped it by mistake and transplanted her once and still she didn't went down once/+! :) I think it is a good strain. Gonna wait until I can smoke it. I ve never made it end to the end of a plant but I hope I can do it with this one.

This norhten lights costed me 25 euros for 3 seeds. :)

The pictures is her today's morning after I watered it. I'm giving her 20/4light and LST everyday I change it a bit.
