Not much going on today.

Photos of clone roots on the 15 day old. Prob soil in the next couple days....keeping an eye on it. I gave the plug a dunk in the flower nutes (no N-see below).

Veg Plants - 450ppm/6.5/1.5L split - Botanicare Seaplex 1.25ml, 12ml Big Bloom, few drops of Buddha Grow (some N, but only prob 50ppm of this).

Flower Plants - 200ppm/6.5/1.25L split - Botanicare Seaplex 1.25ml, Botanicare Karma .5ml, Botanicare Tea 1ml (.05N), drops of Buddha Bloom to 200ppm, and drops of molasses. AK got about 1L, wetted the other two.

I am thinking the uppermost parts of the AK might be ready for the taking in 4 days or so....the cloudiness is getting more widespread, with most of the heads probably more than half cloudy on the uppers and about 50.50 on the lower. I still want to see some amber here and there for a safety measure, and we are still below 1%

The outer colas look to be a good dense 14" long stalk of bud, bout 1.5" wide at the widest point tapering to an inch. Theres a good 5 like that. Looks to be a good 60g of larf on the underside of this plant.

Looking forward to the weight on this.

No idea if it's a Cali thing. I don't have a tent! I've just read it on this site. Congrats on the roots. That cloning was about as low maintenance as you can get!

Yep, I sprayed each for 48 hours with pro-tekt and then switched to pH'ed water. The one that did not live had a very dry plug. I sprayed them both the same, maybe that one floated when I was rinsing it....

My luck I will not care for it when i smoke it....nothing wrong w edibles

Got my new carbon filter in, its a 6x16 ipower off amazon. Not as pretty as the previous filter. Discrete box. Pulled the old one down, put the new one up, quite a bit quieter.

As a baseline my old filter with both lights running and it on the normal fan setting my temp would settle to 81, now it's 78...zero smell.

Old filter was almost 18 months old....active air, think it may be a little heavier than the new filter.

My local shop sells can filters, currently I exhaust out the crawlspace with the filter in the top of the tent to save floor space. Only way I could run a can filter would be if I exhausted in the closet and ran the fan to push through the carbon filter rather than pull....don't know if one way is better than the other.

I do want to get one of those can intake filters and cut it into the wall and connect 6" duct so it will pull fresh air from my master vs the closet.

Quick note to myself...as I run out the door to take the kids to their various places.

Veg 400ppm/6.5/1l, split, BB and tea and seaplex

Flower 450ppm/6.5/2l, split 1/.5/.5, BB, seaplex and molasses.

I assume a little molasses will not hurt the early flower plants. Going to try for a trichome check tonight!

One of these days....Listening to Pink Floyd Meddle after my evening spliff, lps are so nice, you can always burn the rest on the flip.

Tomorrow I am going to pot the WW clone and call it day one. We will give it a touch of p-k nutes one more time so the roots can continue to be happy. Once it grabs onto the supersoil in it's one gallon, I will have my head of cabbage V.2.

Speaking of cabbage, the WW looks excellent, it's developing pistols on it's tops, a couple are reaching and might get supercropped if they continue, but it's only an inch or so at this point. There is more of that fluffy undergrowth that looks weird, I defoiled a little yesterday and today.

I also took a couple fan leaves on the Auto Colorado cookies. I noticed something for the first time on this plant, the root at the soil is a huge knot. It's buds are still putting on weight and looking better. I might get 12g dry off her. Shit ton of pistols though.....

Looking at the pistols on the AK, I think I am another week out for it to be where I want it to be. There is a touch of amber on the sugar leaves, but the trichome that is on bud is still has portions that are clear. That increases as we get into the plant. I might do a 2nd cut on this one.

I don't like the position I am in on my veggers, their getting big, and I wanted to clone them about a week ago, but with me going out of town, doubted their survival, so did not clone, now I will be cloning them as older, which I don't like, regardless they will go into flower as soon as the AK's big ole ass is out of there, the good news, I will have some big plants with nice tops. And we have other seeds of them.

Really looking forward to getting together with Magoo on the next grow, as well as the Blueberry Bunch.

Almost time for side 2.

Got some Hail To The Chief blaring before I drive out to check check my friend's moo moos...he out of town this weekend to SC of all places....fun times for him....prayers to people and their property and their families gravesites and history in the crap that's this storm....been there done that many times.

I have a 4” fan and filter set up. I didn’t think of investing in the 6” since I’m only turning over 16 cubic feet of tent.

yeah, we have about the same size tent.
did you frame yours into the drywall?
Brand?
I assume smaller duct is going to be slightly louder....is your exhause 4"

Mine is 6 and dont want to outpull the venting to overly negative the tent. Dunno, maybe I am overthinking it.

I did find out I can do a straight shot to the far wall in the closet, about a 3" run and come out on the backside of the return air vent for the living room (coldest room in the house unless the stereo is on....ha). But that room stays at 75 ish and pulling from inside the return air would be pretty stealthy.

Moved the clone into a #2 smart, decided against plastic as it needs watered less frequently and the #2 is slightly larger.

Gave the clone 500ml/6.5/400ppm, Mixed a liter with, Big Bloom 6ml, Seaplex 1.25, pro-tekt 1ml. Gave it half of the liter, topped remainder to a liter again, added some Buddha Grow and 1ml tea to 450ppm and re-ph for the Raspberry Diesel and Green Crack.

So now we have l-r (big plants) Green Crack, Raspberry Diesel (both a little over 2' in their pots), and the WW.

My luck the clone will crap out in the soil now. I put some seed starter around the roots in case the supersoil is too much....hopefully it will adapt to the soil well and not freak. Also put about 1/2 tbsp of mykos in the soil mix and about 1/4 tsp in the hole.

Pretty excited, my first female clone (from the freak plant), so free weed, yay!

I upped the veg light to 65w so it can get some light down to the clone at the level my meter reads for seedlings.

Oh, and as a side note, these veg plants have been at about 40-50w for the past 10 days on this Timber Grow 100w single vero cob....pretty cool to veg 2' plants with 50w.

If I ever go to a 3x3 or 2x4 tent I will prob add a couple single veros in 100w at 3K for flower.

Gave the ak 1.25l/6.5/250ppm, basically some more molasses, 1.25 seaplex, touch Buddha Bloom, tea....lite organic stuff in prep of the last week or so.

Gave the CC/WW 1L divided/6.5/450ppm, 1.25ml seaplex, 1.5ml botanicare bloom (chem), .5 ca/mg, tea.

Parents are in town this weekend, spoke with them about the grow and showed them (hoping they would water while I am away). Their cool with it (hippies in the 60s), and asked for some.

Exhaust is also 4”. And I’m going to say “no?” to the framing question. I haven’t been brave enough to ask the roommate/landlord to vent into the attic. So I vent into the same closet I pull air from. Not idea, but I haven’t figured out how to do a better system without construction. So far the heat hasn’t hurt too much, but I would probably have better yields with cooler temps.

Cool parents are cool! I'd have waited for more roots before going into soil after killing the only clone that rooted in the cloninator, but that's me. Everything you're doing looks (and sounds) like a great plan and I don't think taking the cuttings a week later is going to a problem.

Moo moos indeed!

Yeah, the roots being longer was a big thought in my head, but one tip was a touch brown, and that scared me into going sooner.

Gotcha...I have a six going out and occasionally run the fan pretty neg pressure, I will stick with a six going in. I really have to vent out with the CO2 and the amount of heat coming off that sauna.

The stoned late Friday update
Just had a quick smoke on the porch and threw on Dire Straits ST.

Earlier today I took a look at the uppermost buds pretty good with a loupe. We are getting pretty darn cloudy with an occasional amber here and there on the buds (not sugar leaves). I am going to give it a day or two, with a few liters of water with molasses and seaplex. Maybe sunday take the top off it and see whats under the hood.

Think I am going to need to order more Ball Jars. I used a lot of the quarts on my peaches, and need about 6 more for peppers that are getting pickled this week sometime (F-ya!), and there's the weed too.

This creepy WW had some 22 tops today. Hmmmmmmmmm. I would like to see it stretch more, but we are only at 2 weeks.

The Auto Colorado cookies has beefed up a little. If this were a larger plant, it might be a really decent producer if the sub colas were have the size of the main....I have more to try.

I will drag the CC and AK out for a last set of photos before the chop unless it just takes 5 more days to get that touch of amber.

James Gand Rides Again / Funkadelic-Standing On The Verge Of Getting It On / Leftfield Rhythm And Stealth

Something for everyone tonight.

I pulled the AK to get a good look in back light of a window, I feel this helps me get a very good look at the trichomes. I gave the AK 1.5L of basically molasses and seaplex, maybe 100ppm. Fluid takeup is still excellent with this plant.

Over in the tent the remaining flowers split 1L/650ppm/6.5 w seaplex, tea, protekt and Buddha Bloom.

The Colorado Cookies is still beefing up, looks to be a pretty thick spog....

The WW has I dunno how many tops, I pulled it out of the tent and pulled some undergrowth, cut a branch that was on the underside that will not produce, and pulled fans. It looks like 33 tops, if their tops. Fucking weird ass plant. Bent one branch that I had been working on last week some more, and bent up a new one as well....this is the before shot, did not take an after.

The veggers sans the WW clone got 1L/650ppm/6.5 Buddha Grow (mostly) and some bloom, grow has Mg, bloom has Ca. Also seaplex and some BB. Clone got a pass.

A good solid look at the AK puts me out two more days, their progressing well, and I feel the uppers are about 80-90% white with a sporadic amber trichome, there are more amber on the sugar leaves than the actual but, but not at a rate to indicate that we are too far off....maybe double the number of amber on the leaves vs the buds...so it's still pretty sporadic.

Evening bud photos before I catch up on other peeps journals.....

Last photo dump for awhile....Going to just collect the trim and freeze it till I figure shit out and get off the road...going to have a shitton of trim.

Enjoying Nepalese TW tonight from a buddy.

Sorry, not a spog®. No side branching allowed. Single Point Of Green :).

That AK is bulking up nicely. I think you're gonna be happy with the haul on that one!

I find myself humming Funk #49 and wonder where it came from o_O.

You should give that whole LP a listen, especially side 1....just one long jam. Funk #49 on the LP is very different than the radio version....

I am starting to speculate weight in my head....these buds are pretty dense. My hanging area is 52-55%, which seems high for the buds....

Oh well, more photos on chop chop dia. I am putting aside time tuesday AM, for at least something coming off....

Mixed up 1L/6.5/<200ppm. 1.25 seaplex, 3ml BB, 1ml tea. Something lite for everyone cept the AK, prob 250ml for each larger plant.

I put a clamp actual 60w cfl light in 6500K next to the clone. The cob is about 4' off it and a little supplemental light a day will not hurt for the lowers of the big veggers and the clone.

WW clone pass.

AK 1.25L with just molasses and ph to 6.5

Ordered some more quart wides to come today. We can alot....prob about 100 jars of stuff a year. Canning lids are almost .33 cents a lid, wtf....last time I bought a few 100 of them they were about half that price for the wide lids. Maybe 2 years ago...100% inflation in lower priced goods is the norm in this economy/?
