Newty’s Perpetual Pantry Party & Outdoor Grow Show

Tell the Mr. that you could always use the tub/shower instead of the sink. :) I am lucky in that I have a tub in the laundry room but the wife still complains about the mess. I start from brick. That may make more of a mess or I am just a messy dude. I know I am when I cook.

I do wash my coco a little different. My wife works in the medical field and I get the throw away pillow cases from her. After rehydrating the brick I throw it in those and run tap water over them, I ring them out and then repeat until what I squeeze out water wise matches the tap ppm and is clear. From there on we do things very similar same way. :)

Wow the price on your nutrients is different. Things much be more expensive up there. Something to look for when you come to the states. Not sure what the laws on that are though. Those bottles of AN here are down around 12.00-14.00USD which is about 15.50-18CAD.

OK one other thing that I noticed. I asked you before about how you keep your plants so short, as mine and others get much taller. I am starting to see why. You start your training really early. I let mine grow from seed a bit before I start bending and tying them down. That is a good note to take if people need to control their height.

Man taking the day off while the wife is at work and toking up is the way to go.
Ok so the pillow case idea! GENIUS!

I am very messy and also very clean...finding balance is my struggle lol

I use the tub too ;) shhhhhh!

I just tell Mr. Newty that when we get our new house, we will need to buy 2 garage kits I’ll need my own garage!

I like my plants short and stout but you wait, I have one saved for some au natural experimenting. She’s a monster WW clone ready for an outdoor pot;) I start training them as soon as they recover from their first transplant (a day or two after). My order is Top, “finger training”, transplant and then they get pinned with lawn nails!

I will and yes I will see you on your tour! I will come bearing gifts! Not sure about the girlfriend as work has her really busy right now but either way I'm starting to get excited. 4/20 week is always a good week not to be at work ;)

Fak I must have messed up the curing process then, was def hay smell even after long cure. Had considered rehydrating them but down to the last jar of shake so not worth it, but hopefully my WW I just finished gets that dank smell. Even tho it smelt like nothing when grown
Oh yessss I sure hope so for you and am sending some positive Newty vibes!! I think it’s the drying, have you tried hanging it in a box? It helped slow down the drying time
Love these Autos. When they kick into stretch they put on about 35 mm a day.
I was a bit trigger happy oops! Lol first J of the day!!! Wooop I’m positive my auto grew 3 inches since this morning, tallest plant I have is Dank and she just started stretch!! Ack, I had to lift my light
Ah, yes I grow all year indoors/out. But only grow meds indoors b/c I have pool guys/lawn guys that come every week. Although I usually take a break in the summer because it gets really hot in the garage where my tents are and to free up time to travel, etc. Although I'm running an AC this year and am trying some heat tolerant strains (thai stick)...but the AC is already struggling to hold it in the 80's in March! Also, we have LOTS of bugs here. So, trying to keep pests to a minimum while I'm at it. If it went full legal here I'd just have a dozen buckets of autos in the back yard year round, just pop a new seed or two every few weeks LOL

I wish I could grow outside all year but my weed plants would still be inside!

I tried it inside my tent and all seemed to go well but... appreciate the vibes, spring pollen is kicking my butt right now lol.

As you requested I took some pics today. I got all my machines to our annual product introduction and they are successes so I blew today off to do......... nothing. :)

I would say the same about your big girl! Can you believe my biggest cheese grew 4 inches today!! I knew she’d be a troubled child;) I’m not a fan of tall plants so I’m gonna channel some Horti supercrop energy and break some bones tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by, you have a great night too and I sure have missed you! I’m off to watch a scary movie oxox

Don't get too scared now ;) and I'll definitely wanna come check out those broken bones. Something special about a nice perpendicular stem xD Goodnight Newty!

Moby Update

Day 24

So she’s really picking up speed at only 3ish weeks to life:)

She started light training a week ago and today she got the full pin down. I like to wait until I see this type of growth and then I pluck away 5-6 big bottom leaves, she won’t get a major leaf raping until closer to flip. I plan to veg her and Toby(same age) until May so she’s going to be a good problem I’m thinking;) the reviews on these things say they are huge so I’m going to do my Newty thing and keep her as compact as I can!

AN Sensi Grow Nutrients 1/2 strength and full strength cal/mag PPM 400 PH 6

She got her 3 gallon airpot a week before Toby
Here they both are, Moby is on the move:D

Took her light restraints off for the photos

Aaaaand after!

And then the whole Pantry!

Also for those wondering, I typically top the plant when they are in their 1st small pot and transplant once I see growth a couple days or a day later. I used to do it the opposite way but I find mine recover a couple days faster from transplant when I do it in this order. Once they are transplanted, they typically recover the next day or 2 days and then I give them their first training sesh:) then it’s off to the races!
