CHAPTER III REVIEW

We are ready for our fabulous and crazy winter grow show and with that comes a new chapter. Before I get into that, I would like to do my chapter 3 review.
What did we grow this summer?? What didn't newty grow??!! #amiright

We started this gong show back in May when I returned from my amazing lady trip down the coast. #newtydoesamerica

I came home to murder and debauchery, broken dogs and immediate family members moved into my house! (quick recap) Many plants were thrown away in an emotional rage (after a 17 hour drive straight through from Vancouver), they were dead from drought or lack of care. I was able to save (kind of) 3 mature plants and 4 clones.
Mama Ganga- 1 WW Xtrm mama (Clone) (triline training)
She provided me with the 4 clones below and was also the most effected by the lack of care. She was brought back as best as possible and flipped with edibles in mind. She was harvested on flower day 38 to make room for healthy plants and I got 26 grams of fluffy,pale looking frosty buds. I used it all for edibles.
Pinky - 1 Pink Kush (Seed from neighbour Swaggs) (Quadline training)
Pinky was a bitch from the get go so when she got sick while I was away, I knew I was in trouble. She bounced back ok but really hated the after stretch defoil I did on her and basically stopped developing girth around that time. She still got frosty and was pure fire once I got to try her. The effect was a heavy indica which makes me excited for a retribution pinky plant in 2019 with hopefully a better seed. I harvested her on flower day 42 to make room for healthy plants and got 43g of sweet peppery dankness. I used all of this herb for smoke and even shared with our pal @Lowded118
Crackbaby – 1 x Girlscout cookies x Green Crack (Seedsman freebie) (Quadline training)
Oh Crackbaby! She did the best out of all the sickies. I got some stellar help from the man himself Cultivator and was able to bring her back for a complete recovery. She grew thick, stout and by far the frostiest indoor plant I've grown (until GeeGee). She has been the most dense buddage I have grown, dank and gas filled. I would definitely say she was a strong cookies leaner and I would grow this strain again. The smoke was a heavier indica leaning smoke that burns my nose when I smoke it. It knocks you on your ass and I wish I had more than 1 nug left I harvested her on Flower day 53 and got a total of 129g of top buds, there was 0 fluff on this gal #allmuscle
From those 4 OG clones, I kept two and gave 2 away...
Bert & Ernie – 2 x WW Xtrm Clones (Quadline training)
These two conducted an experiment I had been wanting to try. I wanted to switch from 3G pots to 2G so I could fit more selection into my tent, but did not want to sacrifice too much yield. My goal is usually always 2 OZ a plant so if I can get that from a 2 G pot, that would be wicked. I had my opportunity with Bert & Ernie; identical twin sisters, one in a 3 gallon airpot and one in a 2 gallon airpot. Both treated exactly the same with the same feed schedule and grew to be basically identical. Everything was steady as she goes and then I went away at the end of flower and you guessed it, these girls got so sad they started to die pretty quick. HA! Actually we had a terrible heat wave and because I could not realistically expect anyone to stay at my house for the sole reason being to adjust the exhaust and water 2 times a day! LOL They started to brown pretty quick and I was worried it was root rot so I took them both down on flower day 43. The buds actually turned out great. I have had this WW strain all year and while these were not the best quality they were not the worst! I used most of the buds for edibles which happens to be my favourite strain for edibles. The effect is pure euphoria, no anxiety, no paranoia, giggles, talking...Great weed for social anxiety and pain with its very strong THC levels, I am guessing 20% + if I compare my stuff from the Licensed Producer. Ernie got me 62g in a 3 gallon and Bert got me 53g in a 2 gallon. I hated to lose the genetics of this WW Xtrm (death by thrips) but I will be buying more seeds.
GeeGee -1 Gorilla Glue (seed from Swaggs) (Manifold/half flux training)
I am not sure if you remember back at the beginning when my local weed bestie Swaggs had to shut down his operation after just starting his Northern Lights and GG4 seeds. I thought my bro had culled both plants but nope he knew there was something special about this plant from the beginning. He brought me a tiny GG4 that he had been keeping alive on his kitchen table. He had already given her a topping, trim and started her training. She was started as a quadline but I immediately knew I wanted to flux this girl so I snipped off her 2 lower legs and the rest is history.
209g guys!! My biggest plant yet and my last big plant until outdoors! Ha! 115grams of top buds and 94g of larf and smaller buds. #booyah She smells like pine and fuel and has had a strong distinct smell since before flip. The smoke is smooth and light surprisingly and has a strong Sativa effect. I feel a heightened sense of alertness and overall heightening of the senses; taste, smell, touch etc. It lasts a long time and I can puff a way on the same blunt for a few hours or all day. After some euphoria and cool sensy stuff, I was crazy hungry, no nausea and couch lock afterwards. This particular strain would be perfect for a bit of energy to clean the house as it kicks in, a hot shower or hot tub??, maybe a bit of sex after that and then a great meal and a nap! Did I just describe my perfect first date? LOL That's my unconventional smoke report!

, conggrats on GeeGee! Never saw the harvest pics before (no updates in her thread 
) and that plant turned out to be killer.

I take pics of all the weights and so I ended up going back through my photos to find the harvest date (from the pictures I take of harvest) and the pic of the weight. It took almost 2 hours when normally I just can look at my book.
