Ive done only cbd and to me its like a strong valerian(hope this is correctly spelled). helping for exactly what you mentioned. if i dose right it feels like i am supposed to and in combination with thc its even better.
ALOT of what you mentioned is something i feel for quite some time now. even going out can be a full day task. if i wouldnt had my wonderfull dog i would not leave the house i think :O
Like written above cbd can keep you awake and should not be taken to late at the day. i adviced my dad to take it after dinner and he seems to be doing pretty good on that. the sleepy one is with Melatonine something your body creates to get sleepy. be carefull with those combinations as melatonine can really screw up your ritm to, to bad i know that from experience... what helps me best is mornings with cbd and a light sativa... then i switch to sativa... mixing sativa and indica and late at the day i try to get the indica.
Would you be willing to try some CMOG caps for that? i have some left and maybe the gummy bears can walk them over the boarderswithout kidding... the CMOG works for me... i got deep sleep parasomnia and no expert can help me out here... the cmog can
oh taking caps works so much better then smoking the indica for me.
I think dabs hits you intense but also is worn out faster? not sure cause i havent tried them... the dabs and caps formula sounds interesting tough

I think I will start todays updates with the end to my outdoor grow.
Last 2 standing and I would say they did a great job
It has snowed 7-10 days this month. Its been gloomy and rainy since the beginning of August and the last 3 weeks has hovered around -3. I was sad to chop them down but it had to be done as the weather is only getting colder and they were not going to stand for 1 more day! The hot water bucket I moved in and out of there really saved them this month so thanks for that suggestion @TheMadDabber
Chopped on Flower Day 43 and did you know Deb has been around for 1 full year
I dismantled the green house and ripped those screens right off their bodies for a quick defoliation lol They will be washed and dried for an experimental tincture with P Milly!

Update time!
So we will start with GeeGee this time DAY 58 since pistils
She is finishing up strong and stressed as F. Poor girl was not a fan of me bringing the cali sun into her tent over the last 2 weeks. The addition of light intensity and CO2 has definitely bulked her up but at a small cost...found a few nanners on her yesterday.
DONT PANIC! She is in her 8th week so science tells me that these lil nanners wont have time to pollinate or seed nothing! This was confirmed by my main mentor @Asesino85 during a panicked texting sesh
I'm trying to guess what weight I am going to get off her now that these nugs have densed up??? Any guesses? She is in a 10 g pot and its a 3x3 tent
I pulled off a hidden branch to dry and conduct further research on quality.

I am planning to chop her this weekend? The trichs are about 70% cloudy and 20% clear with 10% amber from my thorough inspection this morning. She has about 50 % orange hairs but still poppin pistils. I was drying her out to chop asap but I gave her a light feeding this morning to get her through the week. I programmed the lights to allow her an extra hour of darkness (10/14) so she is only awake for 10 hours (she was already at 11/13). I will let her finish properly and then clean the shit out of my tents and equipment just in case any sneaky #hermiepollen is lingering. I caught Betty white this morning and put her in the veg tent to prepare for complete sanitation. I will use full strength ISO to spray everything. Its about time I took my lights and fans apart to clean them anyways. I hope I find Betty white's BF this week because I will move him over there too. There are already 2 unknown lady birds in the veg tent but I have not seen them since throwing them in there
Once GeeGee is harvested and the tent properly cleaned, I will be separating the veggers.
The Heathers (3xKona Gold Reg) and Buffy(Fem CBD OG Kush) are day 53 of veg and sailing right along. I am pretty sure I have 2 males with the KG and I am sure I spotted male preflowers or tiny sacs growing from some of the newer nodes on the 2 smaller plants (left in the pic below). I want to flip those 4 asap, especially that kona gold! She's a pure Hawaiian landraceShe will be tall!
I plan to cut the males right back and let them flower on the kitchen table in a box (once they start to develop. I will save this collected pollen for a later experiment and to share with my pals
The 2 suspected males are the 2 smaller KG on the right of the 4.
Once those 4 are moved out, that will leave;
Day 28 - Moby Dick, Liberty Haze (the next 2 biggest) Blue Dream, Amnesia Transe (next biggest and just topped)
Day 3 - Candida (CD-1) just put in the tent from the germination station.
Aaaaand because I am Newty and like to have a lot going on at all times
Bringing up the rear and because c99xBlueberry didn't come up (yet) #nevergiveup
Just popped - Quarter Pounder Auto & Dark Devil Auto
Sooo that 9 possibly 10 different strains/12 plants all in (or will be soon) 2 G airpots in two 3x3x5 sized tents!

Just some other stuff I have been up to...
I got all my outside garden work done and put away (minus the GH scroggers). Do you clean your pots in between grows? I make this part of my routine always. Cleaning some pots with neem and dish soap.
I create something canna infused almost every day #eatweedeveryday
Thanks for the great idea @Preston9mm to use juice in my jelly recipe instead of water! They taste a lot better actually

We are getting close to a chapter 3 review and I will be working on that this week as well as the formal intro for chapter 4 but until then, lets check in on the stars of Chapter 4.
The big 4 are Day 60 today! The Heathers and Buffy all got full #boycuts or what I like to call the preflip strip. As y'all know I love to defoliate my plants I pluck here and there before this to get them used to the trimming. Roughly 3-7 days prior to changing the light cycle to 12/12. I do a massive defoliation, removing all bigger bottom fans, smaller middle fans and any branches not making the canopy.
I had so many potential clones and no one to give them to with no space to grow them. @lowded you want some Kona gold in your life?? Come and get em! Think we can ship clones once this place is legal??
Once GeeGee is out and I have thoroughly sanitized all the equipment and tent, these 4 will go in under the California Lightworks 550. I am thinking Wednesday will be a good day to flip
No real update on the others; Moby Dick, Liberty Haze, Amnesia Trance, Blue Dream are all day 34 and have lots of time before flip but they need space for transplants. I have uppotted Lil Dicky (Moby Dick) and Libbie (Liberty Haze) because they desperately needed it. AT and BD have caught up but I need more room so I will transplant them once the other 4 move out. They are in the main pictures along with Candida (Day 9) and showing to be quite vigorous, already working on her fourth node! Then finally the 2 autos (Quarter Pounder & DDA) are still in the germination station growing strong on what I will call Day 2! (no pic today)
