I want to see that quadline structure holding a god damn soup tureen after the chop! That plant looks beautiful and dense.
1. Can I skip the corn syrup completely?
2. What strength do I make my oil? Should I just work backwards after figuring out how many milliliters each gummy is? In other words if each gummy is 4 ml and I want a 10mg dose, I make my oil 2.5mg/ml? This is just how my minds works, because accurate dosing is important!
3. Not sure I can find EV Avocado oil today. Is coconut an option? Seems like it would taste better in sweet than EVOO.
4. If I end up with more mix than I have molds for, can I store it in the fridge and then reheat it to pour in the next batch?
Thanks! It's gonna be a fun time in the kitchen this weekend .
Great timing then! Sweet getting EI while you sort out the next chapter .Good reminder about dosing!
The recipe is in @Bonsaiweed recipe thread for easy access plus a few other gummy recipes I want to try I’ll find a link, or Bonsai will beat me to it! Officially, I left as part of the restructure. They had a big meeting back in March letting us know what all the new jobs were and that if we didn’t see a job we wanted or a place in this new org chart we could ask for a layoff...here entered the gift from the Universe I didn’t get any severance and instead did working notice which is why I had to stay so long because I’ve been there for 12 years lol
Thanks for the links! I've got a shopping list and questions:
