Newty’s Perpetual Pantry Party & Outdoor Grow Show

White stuff on swagg is probably dried water or technically the stuff in the water . but those clones look great awesome stuff!
Duh lol never thought of that. stupid hard water junk. The clones are a shock! Thanks for checking in Dabbs.want some clones?? Lol

I agree that's what I thought too. Just some calcium from water drops of soemthing. Will have to give one of the girls to ur hubby. Get him involved. Get him while he's interested before he goes back to his normal routine and ditches the girls.

The clones. Holy shit. Can anyone say success. Shit if u got a few potted already then the rest...... if I go to the hydro store I'll grab a bag of coco. Last time they had premix coco/perlite so i didn't get any. Also I have a couple 1 gal air pots if u want to get them started in. Can't believe we have clone success. Fuck yea. Hubby has a green thumb. .

Is today tilray sample day? Have a few strains looking for lungs. .

Thanks Swagg! I was thinking to chuck the rest but it's so hard. . lol
I'm going to grow them all and pick the best ones for us then I'll give away a couple to my sis and bestie for Xmas. You want any back yet? Lol just let me know .I think I'll try to keep them small but we will see what fits in this tent! #jamemin #seaofgreensoon
I think they loved the root grower and those juicy rooters you used! Let me know if you find Coco? I'll probably order some bricks online too but who knows when that will come, thanks!

I think I'll try to keep hubs excited and ask him to water sometimes to keep him invested. .I was pumping his tires about his green thumb which made him excited lol

I'm down to test anything you got . Working from home today so let me know if you want to pop over✌️.

My mars hydro 480 just showed up now I just need seeds...oh and well a few months of growing....aaah and the some dry time........then some cure time.....yeah that's it.....OH!! and endless patience and nurturing. Yeah I'll be smoking before you know it!

LOL! It all starts with attitude. You got that.

Yup, looks like hard water spots from watering and some got on the leaf. Everything looks really nice. Glad you made it home safely. Have a Space Cake kinda day!

Thanks gramps. that cake was lightweight pfft I'll catch you over at your GG Grow soon.

8 doses.. more like 1 .

I was going to say something before but I think the plant Ase was stressed from transplant. When they get stressed the plant begins to eat itself from the bottom up. In some of your prior posts it looked like it was only the one leaf but I can see the other leaf on the same node did the same thing. The plant eventually kicks it in to high gear and the roots will start exploring but until it gets comfortable in it's new home, you will usually lose the bottom node or two of fan leaves. It also explains why Ase and Swagg are almost equal now. Either way that probably works out better for you to have them equal.

The leaf colors look great now on all the plants. See I told you that you could do it! You are going to blow this out of the water. Do you secretly have any yield numbers per plant that you want to hit? I don't think I've heard you throw that out there yet ;). Oh and BTW, much appreciated that you named a plant after me. For someone who has only been growing a year and a half it's pretty surreal to see people use my methods and name a plant after me!

Thanks for the explanation, that makes complete sense. I'm gonna chop those dead guys off soon. I am glad they are the same size so I can torture them together soon;) speaking big of which, I need to head back to my notes of your journal to see how I'm going to quadline these two! I think I need to start pegging them down soon, correct? I'll double check your journal as well;)

I'm really grateful to have your teachings Ase so I wanted to repay you with a name;) it's the least I can do for the kindness you've shown this girl. I really haven't thought about potential yield but I'd love to get an ounce off each. my last Grow I got an ounce between the 3 so I'd love to walk a way with 2-3 zips off each #ladyboy I'm copying your style because of your proven results, no need to wonder. I'm just like an Ase apprentice . I'll try whatever you think will work man.I'll dedicate my first plant of the month to you when that time comes lol! Take care for now.✌️......

You're off to an AWESOME start on those WW, Newty!! Love how they're handling the topping :circle-of-love: hope you're having an awesome day

It's a judgement call. I'd still probably wait 5-7 days. You'll see them explode and when that happens they are good to start training. You'll know it when the time comes, they just hit another level. Since yours are picking up steam, it shouldn't be long! As I've said before, the top 3 things for growing are...

1. Lights
2. Environment
3. Grower Experience - that is where this comes in to play. The "knowing" you just have to see it and you'll know for sure the next round yougrow.

Thanks Ase, I was just catching up on your training tutorials in your journal. Questions, where do you get those metal training pegs you use to hold the branches down? I believe you twist the plants to get the branches facing the light and peg down....switching around as needed day to day? Any videos you can recommend or extra reading maybe in your old journals? Just getting prepared ;) I'm getting better at that "knowing" thing and again appreciate your direction while I research everything.

I got them on Amazon. I also got the tomato rubber wire there as well that I tie to it. Every other node will face down and often times not get enough light and is constantly behind. After stretch I was always cutting them off because they are too flimsy. When I twist the branch a bit it helps the process along and both nodes to get light. I usually twist and then pin the branch down and yes I do that daily. However, I mainly have to do this because I try to get from seed to flower in 42 days. It's not really as necessary if you go a couple weeks longer in veg as the plant has more time to push smaller branches before flip to flower. It just depends on how the plant grows! You'll be fine no matter what you do because your plants are healthy and happy and will keep growing. Just be gentle and do everything slowly!

3 days is my self imposed schedule to expect results/changes. Even if its after a pruning three days later is when I see thing changing as things that weren't getting light suddenly are I will show you when she wakes up.

Also I'm going to go with Mars hydro and look at all the options. I was hoping for deals this weekend but I'll just take my time and research the best one for me than buy;) Thanks again

Member Scientific has put together some links to posts by Icemud who (imho) is one of our experts on LED lighting. Have a read of these links. Scientific's Cannabis Blog. There is a huge lack of real info on LED lights. For example: relying on 'wattage pulled' doesn't really tell you much about an LED. In an HID light it means something but in LEDs you want to see a PAR or PPFD diagram to know what is really going on. But do some reading to make the best buying decision.

Thanks!! I'd love a look.

UPDATE
Ase-Day 36
Swaggs-Day 29
Horti's and Shorti's -Day 5 (I'm gonna say since the roots showed up, although I was away)
Temps-70-75
RH- 35-60% the struggle is real here in winter!
I gave the big girls a big flush of plain de chlorinated tap water. I didn't feed them yesterday and they drank 3 gallons between them before run off! Thirsty girls.
PH-5.8 (i used some ph down)
Both-PPM going in was 150
Ase-PPM coming out 490
Swaggs-PPM coming out was 450 Can someone explain if this is good or bad? I always see run off PPM higher when I flush once a week.
PH coming out for both was 5.8.
I'm bumping them up to full strength nutes tomorrow .
So far I have had 0 Burns and so I think we are ready to hit them hard! My schedule from AN had me at full strength a couple of weeks ago but I wanted to go slow since I've heard from other growers that the full strength AN Grow nutrients was too much. I am also going to keep the cal-max in the line up.

We have a few new friends!
420-magazine-mobile1772236261.jpg

The bags are to help the new clones with humidity.
420-magazine-mobile782578944.jpg

I didn't like how the bags were sagging on them so DIY .
420-magazine-mobile87908498.jpg
420-magazine-mobile713491320.jpg

I left as many pots in the closet that would fit under that humidity dome! 99% humidity and they love it! It's the perfect clone environment in there I think.
420-magazine-mobile115448523.jpg

I also cleaned up the lil girls
420-magazine-mobile262579.jpg

Here are some more clone shots! Dayuuuuum them roots though

So we have 11 Horti's and Shorti's potted and 1 went to heaven last night. just wasn't going to make it. I'm thankful my neighbour Swagg came over for a smoke sesh yesterday to help with the babies new homes!!

420-magazine-mobile1249483855.jpg

I'm going to need a few things for training and transplants so hitting up Amazon today.I think I'll try to keep these clones small and in 1 gallon pots...gotta make em fit in the tent!
Also!! I was surprised to already see roots out the bottom of the #ladyboys 3 gallon pots! I plan to keep them in these pots so hopefully they will be ok!
