Here are some organic methods:

Natural Slug Control: Safe, Non-toxic products, solutions & formulas for controlling slugs | Eartheasy.com

However, I use the Nature's Care Slug & Snail control (from Homeys). It's an MG product, but OMRI listed for use in organic gardening:

My turtle loved his little treat this morning...they barely made it in the tank

Slugs are attracted to beer. Set a small amount of beer in a shallow wide jar buried in the soil up to its neck. Slugs will crawl in and drown. Take the jar lid and prop it up with a small stick so rain won't dilute the beer. Leave space for slugs to enter the trap.
As repellent garlic or coffee grounds

I have lots of coffee grinds that I have been saving. I will sprinkle them today...
Should I move the mulch or put on top?

Also I plan to spray them with neem oil at dusk am this affect the coffee grinds

My experience is that the neem is great, but not on slugs! ;)

The "beer trick" will work, though!

I did spray down the plants and nearby growth with neem oil after the thunderstorm and sprinkled coffee grounds around the plants. I put the auto pounder in the ground. I left my phone on the car so I did not take pics. I will get some tomorrow after work

If I wanted to grow some autoflower indoors during the winter all I really need is some cfls right? I don't really need a cabinet to avoid light leaks cuz it flowers regardless of lights. And if I say have it on a table growing like a house plant..just with lights close to it....could I grow like that?

Told ya the slight shock would go away. Autos are great. I have grown 4. Treat them the same as regular plants and they will thank you. Only difference is you don't need a dark period. They can get light 24/7. Some will argue they need some darkness but I grew the same strain with no break the other on 18/6. No difference. They begin flower stage right off the bat and finish between 60 to 70 days. And yes they can be grown with a bunch of fluorescents but like all mj they love light so the more light the faster the finish and bigger the yield.

I was thinking of putting them up on my vanity with some cfls. Would this spot work....minus all the products.
