looking good. im getting ready to defoliate mine and give them a res change .

also if you don't mind I might post some pics of before and after here in your thread . If you would rather I didn't , no worries ..I completely understand ...my sole purpose is to show you some defoliation and to curb some fear and spread some understanding and not to highjack any discussion about your grow.

alrighty ...well here you go @Skunks … did a a lot of work yesterday...here are before and after ...I defoliated the entire garden pretty almost all the fan leaves got around a 5 gallon bucket full ...this is the second heavy defoliation the first was 2 weeks into 12/12 this was the end of week 4. the purpose is to let light penetrate through the canopy to All the budding sites as well as create good airflow through the canopy . some will agree with what I have done and some will feel it is to much. in my opinion when you are in hydro and giving the plants all they need and have all environmental parameters in check you will not have any negative effects from doing this. so here they are the before defoliation and after defoliation with a second tier support net. yes it was a long day ..haha

Looks amazing so u think I should take all fan leaves off now or just some

What up Skunks, what a nice set up you have. I’m growing outdoors right now but definitely want to try DWC. It seems like a lot of work but that’s the fun part. I noticed you used one of those PAR meters from an App Store. I tired that under my hid lights and they really don’t work. Front camera had a different reading from back cam. The numbers it showed me were way off. Anyways your plants look awesome. Keep posting brother

Thank you . I would definitely take some ...however in your position you could run your own test ...meaning do what I did to half garden ...its completely up to you . I just wanted to demonstrate what I do ..to hopefully curd some fear .
