Well you need room to hang the lights and and a safe distance below them to not hurt the plants. You can count on them most likely to at least double in height if not more. Err on the side of caution.

2 days since done water change and ressy half empty dot gave a top up thirsty little things but there growing at a fast past day by day

So as you look at them now imagine them at least twice as big if not more after the first 3 weeks of flower.
