Those roots look great! Well done buddy. There will definitely be enough room in there, take a look at my plants lol and they’re just fine. As for defol. Go right ahead. Start lightly, taking fans that are getting no light and free up some space for airflow. You’ll get the feeling for it. See how the plants react and go from there. Happy growing!

You can take some off yes. But those are the solar panels for the plant in VEG. I usually do a bit for airflow and light during veg then do a massive defol on flip night. Everything goes except budsites and one top node of leaves.

I’m growing white widow too. Looks like it should yield decent. I got these for my next go.

Where would I get some ww seeds ?

I got mine from crop kings but they are no longer a sponsor and I think that some people have had issues with their genetics. I did have a 90% germination rate and my plants are well for the most part. One is a bit of a calcium big but the rest were fine. My current new seeds are from dr seeds not sure if they had white widow but you could check from them. They are a new sponsor and I have not tried the seeds yet but they had a good selection and a 3 for 2 sale.
