New Grow Journal Using A Clone From A Flowering Plant

It might have been root bound in the smaller pot and also be going through some transplant stress.
 
See what like in few days then x
 
I'd give it at least a week post transplant and then clean it up. I wouldn't want to flower something that bushy anyway.

Looks great! I would thin this area out a bit more though, since it's only going to get denser in there after flip:
