This looks like it's dieing in me tbh I've put back in water hopefully it will bounce back ..

Hard to tell from the picture but that soil looks pretty dense which if it is it will make the roots fight harder than they're meant to. Can you tell us what's in your mix?

Ah, coco. That's @Bill284 's dept. But I don't see any perlite which would help aerate and add extra oxygen. The plant has a decent root structure but the leaves make the plant look a bit overwatered which ain't easy to do in coco since you're never supposed to let it dry out.
Bills going to have to weigh in here, but I think he adds a fair amount of perlite to his coco.
