We took a cutting from the bottom.

Then sent the plant back to re-veg.

Do you bump the soil when you put a plant to re-veg?
I think you were wise to plant your clone so deeply. It should put out roots up and down what was stem, now that it has the leisure to do so.
Kerala x Skunk looks fantastic. Your patient veg has given her every opportunity to make lots of flowers.

Thanxx Ranger. We start giving our re-veggies full doses of Growology 2 from their first feeding up until the first true leafs show, then it's a "feed every 3rd watering" regiment. Seems to give them a good kick start while replenishing the soil.

SMOKE REPORT​

PINEAPPLE CHUNK Harvested on 5/11/2015


Much better than expected but I wouldn't go as far as calling the flavor pineapple. It taste more like a weak mango without the citrus to me and it's only in the after taste. The high is not too strong but long lasting. It hits you gradually to a mellowing point and then substains this effect for a decent hr plus. When you sober up it's so gradual you don't even realize you're sober. I'd love to run a more stable breed of this strain. I give it a 5.

Any chance I could persuade you to try this again after a three month cure? Just curious. Both of my first harvest improved appreciably in taste and perfume at three months. I'd be curious if the pineapple came out in the end.

Busy as always around here BAR. It's always nice to stop and admire your garden.

Also, have you tried baked buds again? Are you/did you bake them 30 min., or longer? I swear it's the best buzz of all.

I'm not sure if she's going to make it Indo, the cutting's starting to yellow without roots yet but we're re-vegging it & have a clone of Jack Herer growing in NCG 4.0

Everything we harvest last at least a minimum of 2 months Sue & is always better with time. Since I grow for self-indulgence I give the smoke reports on the first time I try them.

Not yet but I'm convinced it's one of the best, purest highs.

DRY WEIGHT & SMOKE REPORT​

JACK HERER


I would say I smoked about 1/3 of it over the weekend before weighing it.

All I can say is SHAZAM!!! Jack is the truth! This comes in at a close 2nd to anything I've grown. The only thing of ours better was that one unexplainable Street Girl we rescued from under the Magic Tree last spring. Those of you who follow the New City Grower series know what I'm talking about (The one that was like some 70's psychedelic type weed). Well this wasn't any psycho trip but a one hit wonder that takes you higher every time you hit it. You never get couch-lock, just higher. Nothing really spectacular about the aroma or flavor but you can taste that it's good weed. I give it a strong 8.5 being that 9's are reserved for that one I'm waiting for.

NOTE: There won't be any dry weights or smoke reports on the Bagseed or the Caramela harvest, I gave them away as gifts over the Holiday weekend.
