QUICK UPDATE​

First the bad news.


The girl we lollipopped a couple of days ago has started heading south. Her top leafs are no longer pointing upward & has started to brown around the edges but I must say, the bud is looking thicker. I guess we'll wait & see what the new sugar leafs do.

And the bottom half of Super Clone has withered away. I guess with the snap & all it was just too much for one girl to handle.

Now for the good news; The top half is alive & well in a rockwool cube.

And we have the dry weight on that little Solo Cup harvest.

Today makes 31 days under 12/12 and you know what? Since I've gotten home & we've taken that pic the sugar leafs have started to reach for the sky again!

Hi BAR, very nice update. Btw, kudos on your updates, they are precise, to the point (unlike all the BS in my posts lmao) and your pictures really profile what your working with!

Choice job on the solo-cup harvest hoss! That is some nice looking soloweed.

I agree w/ GD re: the separation anxiety. Cannabis is a curious and mischievous plant and that gets tempermental and unpredictable when left alone. Common reactions include cannabis plants exerting strange and troublesome behaviours such as hidding your garden tools, leaking water on to the precise area of the the floor where you didn't properly lay down plastic and seal, and hitting the reset button on your electronic gadgets. And in extreme behavioural reactions, cannabis plants are well known to fake chronic illnesses in order to instill guilt and remorse on their human beings...although they never really mean it :)

Per the lollypopped girl having perked up, I'm thinking that the she responded then rebounded from the initial shock and loss of water at the node sites you cut off. Feel guilty yet BAR? The notorious BAR...(*shiver...*)

Also, I truly sorry for the downturn of the Super Clone. It looks like she dehyrated. I wonder how she would have faired in a self containted clear plastic bag mini-greenhouse.

And these last few buds I'm trying the paper bag method instead of hanging them to dry. I read it keeps more of the flavor inside the bud. I'll definitely do a comparison & let you all know if there's any difference.

Shhh... Don't tell anyone Darkgrow. Seriously though, It' was Crawdaddy continuously badgering me to get rockwool cubes & Clonex plus all the help I got from the Solo Cup Grow Off participants that cemented my retirement from the Dead Clone Society.

Wouldn't that be something else if all I had to do was smoke the weed?

Growing it is half of the fun...

Congrats on your harvests reg! Wow, 10.5 grams dry from growing in a SOLO cup?? That's pretty cool lol. I never thought people would get yields like that growing in a solo cup haha.

And that street girl looks nice too - reminds me of the first good buds I ever bought back in high school with the extra sugar leaf left on, "the old school bag appeal" as Conrad would put it ;P
