I noticed a nutrient burn on the two leaves that have been removed, it may also be nutrient burn.

Basic definanition is too much Nutrients can cause her to "burn" and lockout any further nutrient intake. Miracle gro can be a very "hot" fert so if you must use it, dillute it alot.
Heres a link to PH burn. PH can ausealot of problems, locking out nutrients from the girl PH BURN
As for the LST attempt. Looks good.
You should counter brace the stem to the opposite side so the plant wont uproot itself. As big as she is, this probably wont be a problem, but better safe than sorry.
I think you should LST because remember, when you switch to flower, she can double or triple in size!! Unless you have 10' ceillings, your gonna need to be prepared for the "stretch"!

Just watched it. Not bad. Ive seen guys like Alex also use tape to put leaves where they want them. Any technique thats achieves what you want without hurting the girls is good so
