She's not allowed to straighten up Scotty. It's a full plant LST. She's tied down to the pot. We'll just keep topping the foliage at the top of the plant until the bottom (the original top of the plant) catches up. After dealing with Fluxy Momma nothing is too long of a veg cycle for me.

I don't think you can call that amount of bending and twisting LST can you . Sorry for shouting but doesn't lst stand for low stress training . How can snapping your plants in half be low stress . And could the clone be a up turned root ? I'm only asking because a orchids reflower and grow new stems from upturned roots . It starts off as a root and for some reason grows up as it pokes its head out of the ground it changes and turns into a stem and the eventualy flowers . Since the plant we all love is so good at survival is this possible at all . And I know orchids are a very strange plant there roots system looks like it could walk .

I just pulled it down BG, the way you'd do any LST; she snapped on her own by accident. So I guess you're right, that makes it High Stress. LOL

This makes sense, more likely than anything I can come up with.

This is our 2nd SIP but I'm getting worried. Fifi said it took 5 days for her Passion Purple to sprout & we're on the 6th day. This was the only Purple bean we had for the BID grow.

Good job perfect picture quality, else I wouldn't be able to spot it!


PS: Get the seed pod off that babies head asap!! Gently hold the stem and pull the seed off, and any membrane, use tweezers if needed.

Thanxx Fifi. That means a lot coming from you. Just in case you guys don't hear from me tomorrow (Going out with friends tonight) we'll be feeding all the girls in the Bloom Tent Cal/Mag without PH adjusting our tap which comes out of the faucet at 7.2
Reason being is because of something we were discussing over at Dusty's thread:

Hey DK....i noticed you r question on Welshy's journal about PHing.......a lot of organic growers do not ph due to the living soil....ie the microbs buffer the ph......i learned this the hard way with my first pineapple chunk....at least i believe that was the prob......but i stopped ph my organic nutes.......and after mixed they were in the 3s as well.......ph would go down to low 5s in the soil after feed, but the next day it would be back to 7.....seems like we may have talked about this beforehmm....if so just forget that i rewrote thislol

Interesting Dirty. This is something I'll have to experiment with. I use tap & ours runs at about 7.2 I've been adjusting it to 6.5 since forever but after reading this and reviewing the chart below again maybe it will be better not to PH adjust our tap. Check what elements get absorb at what levels in soil.

If the PH level is dropping after adjusting to 6.5 these girls might be having a hard time ingesting the Cal/Mag.
