Neikodog's High Brix Sativas

1. Looks like a small rodent for sure
2. I think arcticbowl meant the rodent-sized sticky traps Neiko. They're just like fly strips but lay on the ground and are bigger. I've seen them used a few times.

OK,..traps...my specialty here at 'Dugg's Northern Security Services'. I have tried them all. keeping the lil critters out of my tree house , tree and shed. Ya , that's right, i had a friggen woody the woodpecker trying desperately last summer to make a main branch his new home. Finally the only thing that worked to keep the lil fu...er away was to encapsulate the whole branch with chicken wire....worked ,,hahaha...he's come back to have a look but buggered off ,..for good.
Used many killer 'snap traps' too they are great for mice , rats and small squirrels. Those large yellow sticky pads are great for mice too...just make sure you don't let them sit too long on them cuz they will eat off a limb to set themselves free. Never used poison though...too dangerous for our pets.
Neiko..would be very cool to set up a lil camera some how , just to get a look at the bugger.
Good ol fashioned mouse traps work great using peanut butter or cheese.
Good luck Neiko....let us know when ya get it would ya! Cheers , have a great Sunday my friend.
How many days????.........:surf:

Looks like about 19. Hopefully things calm down there soon. It doesn't sound too good around Montego Bay.

I haven't seen any evidence of that critter for a few days now. Hopefully he is gone for good but I will have to get some traps for sure.

BTW how long did you let your Lilly's go?

Lilly's went two weeks longer than the Lanny's. I remember cuz i had to wait for them , but still only took between 11-12 weeks bud! They could have gone another week for sure but that grow had to be chopped cuz of the Lanny's being 'over ripe'. As far as Jamaica goes,..i'm not worried in the least. We're on the other side of the Island. Don't worry,.their govnt. does not tolerate this crap and have already got the army in to Mo Bay to settle things down and get a handle on things.Only 19 days ...(18 for Ziggs....Bahhh)

Morning Neiko
Not answering for Duggs but when we ran Lilly the 1st time we had 4 finish right around 12 weeks and 2 that I took down at 16 weeks. Not sure why the two took longer but the last two could have gone longer but I was done looking at them

Hope your day is great!

Blessed Buds our friend and be well :passitleft:
Yup, right on 'D' , mine took close to 12 weeks also. Cheers eh....:passitleft:

Thanks Stage...nice to see ya drop by ....did ya grab the bong , over in the corner.....take a hit of this purple Devils Carnival...yummy.

Thanks........ :passitleft: Been a long day.

The sticky traps work, but the mice sometimes scream when they're caught. I can't deal with that. Traps are my go-to, the ones they get into, eat and sleep for eternity.

That was one voracious mouse Neiko. Dang! We had one get into our house once and the cat cornered it in the living room to have the little bugger rear up on his hind legs and squeek loudly at the cat in utter defiance. :laughtwo: Startled the cat so much the mouse darted under the couch and vanished. Lol! You should have seen the confused look on the cat's face.

12-14 weeks huh? I think I have a different phenotype. It has pretty much stopped drinking and there isn't much new happening except the leaves are starting to go purple and I'm at day 57. I think the breeder says like 7-8 weeks, that was what attracted me to it. I guess I'll let it ride another week and see if she continues. Maybe the damage to her has her saying enough is enough. Thanks for the input.

Damn, fire that cat! My cat, "Bug" would have tortured that thing for a couple hours, growled at the dogs to stay away and killed it in her own good time. I haven't noticed anything new in a few days but I still think a trap or 2 of some kind is in order.

Thanks for all the input gang.

From what I've read, Lilly was bred to be as short flowering as possible. 7-8 weeks for a pure sativa. I think you have a different strain, Arctic.

I had a mouse last winter in my veg room. It dug the bottom inch of soil out of one of my pots using a drain hole for an entrance. A trap with a little bit of peanut butter on it took care of the issue overnight. I don't even want to think about what would happen if one of my cats chased a mouse into my grow room.

I need to go back and see what I missed. I've been fairly absent here lately. Life has had me busy.

Happy Monday everyone. It's time for a proper update. I am really happy with my plants right now. I chopped the Lilly and Panama Gold, they are on the rack now. That Lilly smells so damn good, I can't wait to test her out.

On with the pics.

Have a great week gang!

Ministry of Cannabis is the breeder of the carnival. All of your plants are looking proper. Nice and green. that Orient Express is looking really nice. I had one seed of the strawberry Blue that I gave to a buddy to grow out outside in '16 and it was nicer than anything else he grew outside that year. Some tasty terpy cannabis for sure!

Thanks for the info on Carnival. Yeah the Strawberry Blue was popular freebie from Herbies a couple years ago. I try to grow out a lot of the freebies. I've found a few keepers that way. I had 3 SB seeds and this is the first that germinated. It looks like it will be nice smoke. The smells are strong already. It smells very fruity right now.

I typically try to grow out my freebies as well though I have a few hanging around that i have not gotten to. I buy too many seeds to get to them at times :laughtwo: Yeah if I had grown out the SB myself I would have kept it around for a while. Our outdoor usually comes out ok but not as nice as the indoor. Well the strawberry blue was nicer than some of the indoor I have seen. Super fruity and frosty is how it came out. I have seen a lot of people mention getting mutants and polyploids from the line so it put me off a bit. I got it as a freebie from herbies. I have a Amhearst Sour Diesel I havent popped along with a bubbas gift and a 707 truthband as well.

LOL! we must've been shopping at the same time. The Amherst was my last freebie. I grew out the other on and it was fantastic. I kept it for a few runs and decided to try the last freebie. It looks like it will be better than the last one. Same for the 707 and bubba's gift. I love that 707. The bubba's gift was quick, like 45 days. It was also very good but I didn't clone it. I would definitely run that again too.

:laughtwo: Yeah we must have both had the itch at the same time. I have been tempted to run them a few times but something else always bumps them. The Bubbas Gift I have been worried about dropping. I have seen two people on here end up growing one out and having it turn out to be a male. I wouldnt mind getting a male from a reg seed but from a fem seed I would not be impressed lol 45 days of flowering sounds really enticing though :hmmm:
