Nevah! I am already planning. I am going to put a couple outside but I need sustained meds or I will have to use drugs. I could never afford enough prepared meds to keep me going.

A foundation cant be sealed from inside so maybe you'll get lucky bro...but you should probably find out exactly what they plan to do:)

Well I wish it was that easy. There is no floor at the moment just rock, dirt and gravel. There is a running spring on one side and water that seeps from the river bedrock most of the way across the basement. The spring has rotted some of the cider block wall on that side...

humidity?

OK so I was going to invest big money on an air system that may have compromised the way the house worked. In the end I got an XchangeR. It is just a dual duct with heavy duty fans, one in, one out but the cool thing is they are controlled by a humidistat. This thing is simple but effective. I attached a duct to take the fresh cold air to the middle of the basement near the thermostat and the fan you can see is pulling out.

your not going to smoke that are you? I think I would have to keep that and just show people like a vacation slideshow everytime they come over. "look what I did" and when they asked to sample some I would go "NONONO thats just to look at"
