I have two 72k cfls and one 50kcfl in my veg/bloom area and an interchangeable 400w MH/HPS (currently HPS) and two 30k cfls in my tent...I am in my first go round with this set-up and I think it will be an amazing system from what I have read and seen so far.:cheesygrinsmiley: :tokin:
 
I've got two :) Bloody huge monsters they are, scareded the bejesus out of me when I opened the box! :yikes:

Made some progress... many clones planted, all viable seedlings planted and got the baby room clean(er). I have to wait for the ladies to come on to expand the room but I finally feel like I am getting ahead of it, well even at least!

I may get some pics later

I am now vegging with a 400 watt MH system! but the temp did not change 1 degree :cheesygrinsmiley: Dang!!! ... on the plus side the RH is going down! and now I have two more panels for "the room". I am going to stagger the lights to have something lit 24/7 to keep the heat up. It is now time to enlarge the room and give the ladies more room to go with the light. I also got a copper fungicide that killed that mold like it was never there!! I can't wait to get working on it but not till later tomorrow. Pics as soon as I can get things done.

I think the temp stayed the same because temps were dropping outside as I was working. It is in the lower 20's f as I type... eesh

Hey Buckshot, good going on the mold, but could you provide a little detail? I thought you were going to go for a pH'd solution and have never heard of copper treatments; however, have become aware of certain negative aspects of copper ions in the way it affects lung tissue, so the concentration might be critical here.

Or, what I heard could be about aluminum, which is definitely bad. What's the straight poop, sir?

I have a thing about the LED lights and the photos as well, it makes everything look so surreal. Alien Landscape I think I called it before.

I am definitely adding these pics to my must sketch list :)

well I guess those LEDs work ok a little. Even with the LEDs your grow looksfreakin sweet Now Go Get Some Insulation!

I just looked at that pic again... notice it is the white panel that is doing best. That is a Budmaster

The LEDs play no part in actual plant growth... they are just for camera light :cheesygrinsmiley: I spent all my money on lights, soil and nutes! I hope to be able to continue getting supplies today. After James post my list got longer but you are right insulation must come first, I can't get the veg room past 66f without a heater!!!!

My ballast can take HPS too but really when it warms up this beast will be turned off!! :cheesygrinsmiley: but you never know a light is like an entitlement once it is going it is hard to turn off! :cheesygrinsmiley:

The straight poop is copper tastes like shit and I would never use in bud. I chopped a blue moon because of it, just in case there was a rapid spread (the entire room can bloom overnight) I was lucky to get it early in veg and hope to control it by treating the babies only. The product I used was for a wider spectrum of molds as I was unsure of the type I was dealing with. If you are having problems I will get more info... the product is put out by Bonide (I think that is how you spell it) and man did it work!!

You really have the green fingers, I wanted to read all your thread before commenting, but alas I have to go out now(got to page 29) and just wanted say to you have an inspirational grow, also it was so refreshing to read an led grow with no one hating on it, but with results like these even a fool would have trouble hating. So well done 420 peeps, and Mr Buckshot:adore:
