I am very medicated at the moment on something I will never again throw away. I made some wonderful butter tonight. On the way to the compost pile The steamy pile had a nice buttery spinach like smell ... so I took a big bite. Then another!!It was good, kind of like spinach but with a "burn". I hucked the rest on the pile thinking "it tastes good but I got all the "good stuff" in my butter" WRONG! I got a nice deep medication from my "cannaspinach"
FYI
I use only very "sugary" bud leaf cuttings and popcorn buds. I don't break them up and that leaves a buttery, very much like spinach, dish.
As for the ladies ...I am so busy they have to wilt to get my attention ... I feel like a terrible father but they seem to like it! I took some pics today and when I get done floating around I might post a couple. What is more like it is I will go in an kick back and see you folks in the morning!!!

Wow! I love a good buzz story. Bucky, I am probably 2 weeks from my first attempt at making extracts from my soon-to-be harvested crop before I start over again and much of the harvest will not be smoke-worthy, I fear because of all of the trauma I put the poor girls through in my first grow. The buds are loose, multicolored and not much to look at - nothing I would normally either buy or sell (if I were ever in such an unlikely position <G>. If they are good smoke, then I was thinking the best outcome would be to just harvest the Trichomes, saving the time normally used for curing.
My question is, what kind of "butter" are you referring to, and what was the spinach from - how many times was it washed? There are a lot of different extraction methods and I am thinking about using dry ice in the 1-gallon silk bag set I got off Amazon - 8 different screen sizes and a drying mat. I could do it with ice/water, but I don't want to make a mess.
What do you think, o wise one?

If you look close on the blue moon you can see some damage. They have been through a lot, I am glad cannabis is a tough plant.
Just Stopping In To Say Whats Up Buck, I Have Been Dealing With Family,And Others Health Problems Lately(AGAIN), And Have Not Been On In Awhile. What Happened Here A Couple Of Weeks Ago Was Just STRANGE, With The LEO'S. Since I Double Checked On All The Growing Legally Paperwork, I Was In Compliance. I Think That The Officer Had Just Never Seen Plants The Size Of Mine, And Felt Kinda Like He Had Been Overwhelmed, And Just Could Not Repress Him Self From Saying Something To Me About Them, And To See If I Was A Liar(I MOST CERTAINLY AM NOT), By Checking To Make Sure I Only Had 25 Plants, He Saw I Was Telling The Truth, My Paperwork Was/Is Valid, And After He Took My #SSN And My Wives #SSN, And Our Home Phone Number, He Found Out That We Were Telling Him The Truth. Also When He found Out I Was A Now Decorated Vetted Civilian, Taking Care Of My Wife, When He Called Us Back That Night, And The Day After, He Was Nice As Hell!!!
Him Being Ex Military As Well(A MARINE NONE THE LESS!!!) When We Got Off Of The Phone, He Even Called Me First Sarge, Boy Was I Surprised!!!

Strange, I was just thinking about you and opened my journal and here you are!! Cool.
I am sorry to hear you were out dealing with issues but since you are back I hope that means a reprieve. Thanks for the invite! My wife (an air force brat) went to high school in Sacramento, we have been back and may again. It sucks about your visit from the local law enforcement because you were in compliance and you were asked to destroy plants that were legally grown. I have expected a visit from my folks but so far none. I have strictly followed the law to the point that a bum crop (bud rot) will put a hurt on me because I can not have a backup amount for issues like that. The only way around that is to grow bigger plants and GIVE AWAY or DESTROY what is over the limit, at this time those are the only two options. Your story gives a chill that a lone officer with an attitude can cause such a problem. It is lucky you are who you are, what if it had been your bad neighbor? Let's say he was in compliance with a garden just like yours … he would probably be in jail right now! As for your journal, I suggest you keep it going and start showing cured nug pics!

Oh Well, He Was A Marine, And His Partner(A MUCH YOUNGER PROTEGE), Was U.S.N., I Believe He said He Had been A Machinists Mate??? I Believe, Any Ways They Were Both Military, A Grunt And A Squid, God Was With Me That Day!!! I Was Yes, Sir No Sir, To All Of Their Questions. Which Started Out Pertaining To The Checks. He Also Said That People Tell Them 25 All The Time, And It Always Turns Out To Be At The Very Least 7-10 More Than They Said, Some Times He Said There Are 100's To 1,000'S More. So He Had To Ask. Well I busted my ass all day ... all day and I am hurting but happy!! I have made great progress getting the final veg room ready. In the process I stopped a lot of the cold air blasting into the room... I have miles to go.

WOW! buck the new room looks great, love how uniform the 3 led's look as well as the plants, well done. How do you like the new garden site? I know moving can be hell but sometimes once its all done and put together its a feeling like no other.
