i have problem with my led helious i notice the blue light its look like have same colour and the seler told me it has to be 2 type of blue 470 430 or 460 i just dont know exacly wavelength do u have same think on your led helious or u have 2 diffen blue whic u can see like 1 blue 2 dark blue or purple thank u so much for helping me

I am not really a PM fan, I like to answer openly. I think I posted the LED array in the post I linked. I would not look at that, if you trust your vendor as I do ask them to set you up with LED arrays that match your grow.

It's funny you say this Buckshot, but I have been working really hard to do this with my girls. I actually "threw out" some of my measuring equipment so I could just watch them and listen to them and let them tell me what they need. I'm much less stressed out as a result as well; I am trying to learn from them how to sit back and relax and just quietly pay attention instead of trying to freak myself out over the smallest thing that actually means nothing.

So, hearing that from you (and you are definitely one of the inspiring members here my friend) makes me feel good because I know I'm on the right track

Shame the same can't be said for me learning patience though

So I almost killed my next gen by lack of care ... I am trying!! I brought them back and next step clones. So for the hell of it I tested the
ph of my "new" water ... 8 holy smokes I can't start clones with ph 8 water, DAMN!! I suppose there are a lot of things I could use to bring it down ... what are your favorites?

The big girls are suffering too.

This must seem fast compared with say any sativa but compared to my hash plant (S Girl) it is SLOW!!! This pic was taken one month ago after she had been in 12/12 for 2-3 weeks

It doesn't look like you have trimmed your plants, but I have found that keeping my cloned Sativa plants' fan leaves trimmed does make them grow & finish considerably slower, as all of the energy gets funneled through the minimum greenery around the buds sites' small leaves.

What do you think is affecting your plants' growth rate?

Thanks Aardvark, I wish I could keep a good journal I aspire to being able to actually give good information. I don't trim (mostly) and find it more to my liking (how was that for PC? ) The plant pic you posted is a hash bud plant for the most part that would normally finish really fast like S Girls (hash bud plants) but it has some sativa ancestry that has enhanced its flavor and increased its flowering time. When I look at the description of blue moons origin it is pretty muddy

"The Blue Family's genetics are based on Oaxacan Gold (a legendary Mexican sativa strain), two Thai landraces (Highland Thai and Chocolate Thai) and an Afghani indica. From this gene pool of pure landraces, DJ Short bred the various Blue Family strains, giving every single strain a different genetic accentuation. Flo for example is genetically mostly influenced by Oaxacan Sativa, while Blue Moon(edit) has the highest share of Afghani indica (90% indica).

The fix for 8 ph was to get ph down. I got the bag of powder that is much cheaper. Only a tiny amount is needed for 5 gallons to make it nice. This just caused an extra step that is dangerous to me becuse of the weight of the water, I am going to have to scale it down to a manageable but pain in the ass amount.

The clones have been taken YAY! a day or two to see if I need more then the big veggy girls go in

While we are bumping along the bottom ... BUD ROT on S Girl!!! only one but and the rest was saved. Then I had to take the Blue Moon for the sake of good bud. That puts me working on 2 hours sleep and hurting and tick bit. The price.

now we are going back up ---------------- I found good mature seeds on the blus moon!!! they are from the LEMON LOCAL!!! The lemon local is a hopeless hermie strain that grows nanners only at the stem and only 2 at each node. I did not catch them all and BAM! This is cool news though as this will be an interesting experiment.
