My Room - Perpetual LED Soil

Are those poinsettia's ? :hmmmm:

:xmas: yes sir :cheesygrinsmiley:

Wow Buckshot those are the types of plants I am striving to cultivate. I'm telling you I really like what your doing, keep it up Bro. Your room looks like it's been dialed in on a dyno.
I hope the move doesn't end up being a problem for ya. Our last move July/2011 was really hard.

The move is already hard! but it will be well worth it in the end. I hope you do even better!

Hi Buckshot !! :high-five:

Well, Buddy these LEDs must be different.......I am now watering the girls every other day. I mean they tell me by looking terrible. Water them and they bounce back. Usually 80 degrees and 40% H at all times in the tent.
Any thoughts? Just checking for your opinion. OMM

There is a point during the stretch that I have to water more. I have never had to water every other day though it is every 3 days during the stretch. I do have 5 gallon pots and am going to use 7 gallon pots next time ... when I water I soak them till it starts to drain 1/2 - 3/4 gallon per plant

Thanks for both your answers...one in my grow, the one other here. The are stretching as you say so that does make sense :high-five:.......and the other point raising H is being done. Thanks again for your advice. Mate!

And with LED! Amazing! I'm going over to LED myself after looking at this! :goodjob:

Hello H, Thank You. Yup LED! LED has done well for me, I hope you do even better!!

look at the THC TACOS on those ladies :) if anyone thinks LED's don't produce resin glands they haven't seen your pics.
Keep it up bro, your plants are smoking hot!

Thanks AM ... "THC TACOS" :cheesygrinsmiley: LED not only produces trichomes it does not cook them! I prefer to do that! RoorRip

Seedfest

Well SI Male has done its deed.

SI is a hybrid created to square or cube S Girl. SI females grow fast and have wild hairy buds and are as potent or even a bit better that S Girls herself (don't tell her and if you do I will blame it on hybrid vigor) SI has a pine flavor that can have a hint of "something else" SI shows a mostly hash plant side but has a longer stretch and bigger buds with late but nice frosty goodness. SI male budded in 30 days!! on 12/12

SI x S Girl
I have now made the first back-cross to S Girl ... one more time and she will be squared

DSC_9031_s4othercola.jpg

SI x Blue Moon
This will be a new hybrid. Blue Moon is primarily a hash bud plant as is SI. I can't wait to see what will come from this cross ... will the pine or grape flavor prevail?

DSC_9020_bm.jpg

SI x Super Snowdawg two different plants (one long thick pointed buds the other pom poms)
This should be a wild plant. The strong sativa side of the Super Snowdawg combined with SI who knows what is going to happen! The Super Snowdawg is a frosty beast in her own right and the combo could be killer!

SI x Haze

This is going to be totally unknown to me as this is the first time I have grown this "Haze" plant. It was retarded as a seedling but I kept on it and it grew all screwed up for a while. It turned out to be a beautiful plant with "pillowy" leaves and looked like an indica plant. Only after the LONG stretch did this plant show its sativa side. It has not been an easy plant to grow and does not "reach" for the light even in the strech.

I can't wait!!!

Re: Seedfest

Either can I :) ha ha those girls look fantastic, that SI male looks like he is gonna explode ha ha
:thumb:

:cheesygrinsmiley: trust me he has been exploding all over the place! I think I am going to have a lot of seed ... I hope some of it is sweet. Thanks for checking it out ... stand by for more pics. I figure between drying and fridge time (two weeks in the fridge when they are new seed really helps make 'em pop) and growing we are looking at Christmas time for the new hybrids.

I hope to have some nice poinsettias by then, right OMM?

:xmas: :cheesygrinsmiley:

edit - Sorry Greenfingers with all the exploding going on I forgot to say, Thanks for the post!

Wow great looking plants dude! What do you think of LED? I found a 300w LED for $329 (50% off), and I am seriously considering going from my 400w HID to this unit. I've been battling heat issues, and I think it'd be easier to get LEDs than to install an AC unit.
