DAY 44
Ok so despite battling a few minor issues with CAL Mag, my new growth is starting to look a bit better. Not sure I'm 100% yet, but still monitoring it. Here's one of my Snow whites....both have the issue to some varying degree.
Been giving both of them foliar feeds of Epsom and Calcium nitrate as well as a top dress with their watering.
Despite that, both are starting to stack up.
My Kings kush CBD dried up and craved her next watering so now she's back on track. Been giving her Magnesium via foliar Epsom salt too, to try to green up her stems.
Rooms coming along as well. All the electrical is now completed and I'm waiting for my buddy to come over for my inspection. Got my tape up on some of the joints, it's just taking wayyy more than I anticipated.
The non chrome end.....where my tents are going for cloning and veg.
Still need to add R12 to the ceiling before I vapour barrier it up.
Also.went on a shopping spree and bought a few things. Got my long awaited set of Bubble bags, got a 2 arm light mover for $100 used to use with my lights for now til I gather the courage to build a light....lol. Got a a pile of amendments too so that I'm ready to mix when my timing works. Here's a couple of them...more in the truck. Also bought a 2x2x5 mammoth tent to lay on its side with a T8 strip for my new cloning area.
Also my little heater is able to keep the space at 70°F or there around even with no door yet, so I'm think this us gonna work quite nicely......time will tell.

You're getting set up real well Guy WRT your shed and your ingredients. Hope the girls do better. My KK CBD is a nice medium green and starting to bush out. Put her on LST this evening.

Thanks buddy, also bought 10 sets of yoyos for $20.....wishful thinking for now lol.
When you look at Van Stanks girls, I want that kind of result. I've got his soil recipe, I'm doing my best to complete his amendment list. So far the Green Sand has eluded me. I heard the two US mines are empty from 2 seperate sources.

Really taking shape in the grow room now Guy. Looks like its going to work out very well. Can't wait to see it up and running.
Progress!! Wonderfull to see you taped Up Some joints! I remember my grow box 2 months ago... it is 65x65x150cm and that was already a pain in the ass.. so I can imagine a room is even worse xD dont forget How you Will be enjoying your girls ina few weeks?

So much going on other than what I show lol. Ridiculous but remember how I said all of the wire 2as free to wire this place up, well.it turns out that the wire is all 10 gauge so I can't use standard marrettes, it takes longer to even attach the wires to the outlets as I have to run a pigtail.off every joint. It's an asspain but.......its all wired with either 10/2 or 12/2, so never an issue with draw. Plus I'm having fun doing it......thats the key. Hey, dya see my leaves.....any ideas?

I'm trying to reel her in.....this is an entirely new battle for me. They're 22-24 days into flower and stacking up I'm afraid that I will come to a screeching halt if I can do something about her issue.
Wtf.. ..... why can't I just have a grow go normally LMAO.

Thanks Juan , I'm happy with the results so far, ultimately I really happy that the electrical is done and I can start on seeing how it will hold heat.
My CBD plant is doing fine. Just a bit of a piss off that these two bonus plants are behaving the way they are. I'm wondering at this point if I should transplant my auto into a bigger pot....... my sneaking suspicion was that this 1.75 gallon pot filled with ffof soil would not be enough to supply one of these plants throughout their entire grow, guess I was right. Up until now, other than a bit of guano and molasses, it's been water only.

I'm not sure if you guys remember or not but about a month-and-a-half ago I put a picture up with his Bic lighter and a large slab of shatter. On Friday of this past week, I had the opportunity to sit down with my buddy over an evening and recreate those slabs. I really really simple process, no electricity or open flame used in the process. I personally believe that the reason is shatter turns out so amazing is the five or six days of back Purge that he does once he has his final concentrate. The little back Purge machine is quite expensive, but the 20 grams of shatter it makes is off the hook.

How is your ph when you feed your girls? Have you calibrated your meter lately? My last plant had a similar kind of leaf discolouration, I had fed them without checking the ph and at the next watering I realized that without adding some baking soda my ph level was somewhere around 4.8-5.6ish... just a thought to check... I use all organic nutes so adding some salt doesn't seem to slow my girls down at all...
See it as a process you learn and learn... I upgraded my Grow box today for better airflow going out. The wires are a pain to setup, tough If you know you never have to think about it again Its awesome. I like to overdo Things. With my growbox I Did not do it extra because I might move in with my girl in a few weeks/months so Its all ready to pack Up and move
About your leafs... they turn brownish right? I really am not experienced enough to help you I am afraid. Did you see any bugs? I had fungus gnats on my girl outside. They really f'ed Up my leafs so I always start with: Could it be bugs

So I just discussed with Growch as well and pH seems to still be a question mark. I noticed this very early on and treated it as a pH problem, but later thought maybe more of a Calcium deficiency than anything else.
Peeece, yours is another interesting approach, yes I will definitely go home and buffer my pen to make sure that it is reading correctly. It's the very first thing that I did, but I was very low on ph solution.
That being said, Growchs question was knowing that optimal range is 6.5, he suggested raising my pH up to 6.7 in my water when watering that way it is more in the range where calcium and magnesium would be likely taken in. Although 6.5 is ideal for all nutrients and trace minerals, those two seem to be better off at 6.7 or so. If my water that I am watering is at 6.7, and my runoff is at 6.2 then my actual soil is at around the 6.4 to 6.5 range, still making it a little on the low side. So if I ramp my pH up a little bit to 6.8 or 7, it might put my soil at a better range for calcium and magnesium uptake....... Just another thought anyway.

This is what I've done so far. Keep in mind that this is just on my to Snow White Autos. My Kings Kush CBD plant is showing no signs of issues now that her over-watering is under control.
I have raised the pH in My Water to 7.0 and then added half a teaspoon of Epsom salts and half a teaspoon of calcium nitrate to my mix which brought my PH down to 6.8. I have watered her with that mix, but I did not water to runoff as I don't want to add overwatering to her list of stresses. I also foliar sprayed with a lighter does of the same cocktail. My foliar spray does contain a wetting agent as well.
Now I wait lol.......the worst part!
