Me too man....big time. In truth, Long Time Coming....... I remember how excited I was the first time I got an amendment in the mail lol. I'm pretty honoured that you shared your recipe with me. Now I just I have to remember not to pour nutrients in there by accident.
My new seedlings seemed like a good spot to start but if you think that the girls will be fine vegging in promix and flowered in stank soil, then that's exactly what I will do as that was the original plan with the original run at ATFs that these are. That just ups the ante a little bit more.....

NEXT ROUND......Stank genetics in Stank soil, North of the border. Veg is all you Van, other than my DWC. That's my originally hurtin little Crown Royal, she's making a nice little comeback herself after I burnt the shit out of her with 1800ppm readings lol.

I can't really speak to Docs High Brix Kit as I don't know anything about it. I Know they have a schedule of drenches and foliars and what not. I started on my soil to create a medium similar to the Kind Soil I grew in my first grow, in that it was a water only soil so easy that anyone can grow good buds in it. I don't have any desire to be a slave to my plants and I don't want to line a bunch of companies pockets for bottled nutes.

My goal is to be able to plant my seed.....water every few days and not need to buy any bottled nutes. I don't mind brewing up simple ACT to give a little kick, but thats only if I want to....not because the plants need.

Its a work in progress and it will be modified a few more times as I get recipe dialed in. I was too low in calcium for one and I have modified it from the first go around and I am adding a lot more minerals into the soil. I am going to see how this does over the course of 6 months or so and see where we stand.

That is one heck of a Hash Plant. Curious about one thing though. You mentioned it was going into flower. If this is a regenerated plant it might need to be trimmed back a little. Not sure about you guys and your short little bondage bushes. I always trim regenerated plants back. At least with my grows every time I don't I just get a bunch of little tiny buds and tons of trimming. I had lots better luck trimming down to 6 or 8 tops. Bigger buds less manicuring and I hate manicuring. In most case the finished weight is close.

At 1st it was horrible watching my plants grow (ok not horrible.....disheartening, lol) and still having to purchase product. Now, Ive got a few jars and I can relax a bit.....thanks @Kingjoe83 for looking out for me.
It's becoming routine that I disappear after dinner for an hour to check the girls. That certainly makes things a lot easier. It used to be "where you going", or "what's the buckets of water for", lol.......obviously from my daughter. She's not stupid, she knows. She also knows that I'm legally growing, and I emphasize that. Coming from a background where drug addiction is something that she was subjected to DAILY (remembering she's adopted)....... I'm sure she's just looking out for me. In fact, she has mentioned that she noticed "mom" (my gf not her gramma), is a lot more calm and collected in recent weeks. Funny how that corresponds with her 1st CBD capsules. If nothing else, the CBD is definitely helping to calm people down..... Plus I know that that's not the only benefit that it is having on my family. Mom and I have both had shaky hands for years, in fact I looked far and wide for Spacequeen seeds to grow out because one of the attributes of that strain was to Aid in shaky hands, due to neurological issues..... Not unlike Parkinson's disease. Now, I am able to produce the same kind of effect as the space queen, minus the high that she would have got.

Okay so tonight marks a pretty momentous night....... For about 50 days, I have been cooking my stank soil into large 100 L bins in my basement. Tonight, as my new seeds start to sprout I have decided that it is time to try out Mr. @Van Stank recipe.

So here's my shot at this new soil, pretty stoked about no nutrients for this round to see how she goes.

Here's the Solo cups that I am using for my 6 trailer park Betty, showing that the bottom of the cup will be filled with the stank soil

Here are my four inch black pots that will contain my blue dream and by critical mass. Here they are shown filled up to the top with new Pro mix that I am using to buffer the new seeds from the potential hot characteristics of the stank soil.....for now. How's the plants grow and reach further down into the containers, my hopes is that they will start to acclimate to the nutrient value of the stank soil.

And here's a random shot of the veg tent, just showing that things are starting to turn around. Got 10 days left to fatten up these 6 ATF girls . @Van Stank, if I have been vegging my plants in regular Pro mix using nutrients, is it advisable to up pot to the stank soil at this point or should I have done it in the stage between my cloning tent and the veg tent and avoided all nutrients all together?

Me too @leftout420, it's been a long road to get all of the Amendments together. Whether it was just unavailable or too expensive at the time, it's all done it's cook now. I've got all 12 of my solo cup sprouts in about a cup of Promix and another of the Stank soil. I'll either have killer sprouts or I'll burn the shit out of them......time will tell. That being said, Ive got at least half of my sprouts above ground as of last evening.

So @Van Stank, sorry To harass, buy just so I'm 100%......no PHing necessary when using your mix? My water is about PH 7 from the wall.

Last week I was having a bit of a temperature problem inside my grow spaces as the temperature outside increases. I made the decision to switch out my 400 watt MH in veg, and put in my 400 watt LED. I immediately decreased temperatures by 8°C, I guess I know what my fall plan will be lol.

Also scored 2 good quality rectangular Pyrex dishes at a garage sale on the weekend. After a few rounds through the dishwasher, I plan on using these for making shatter when the time comes. Not bad for a dollar LOL.

Last night all of my girls got their nutrients. I've got 2 sets of girl's in flower presently (always actually)..... My 3 peyote cookies and my 3 white rhino are all 23 days in. They'll be getting their PK 13/14 , next bucket that gets mixed.

My adult girls are all 52 days in as of today. My CBDurban are a 60-70 day strain, my blueberry 55-65 days and my ATF is around 70 as well. I was expecting my ATF to be bigger at this stage but maybe she'll fatten up over the last few weeks. I'll take my time to ensure I chop at exactly the right time as smoke is available, no dire straits here now lol. I'll start checking trichomes on my blueberry tonight.

Great question Guy. I tried and failed to go with no pH.....the plants started showing signs of being unhappy so I kind of pH my water and ACT. I say kinda because I don't adjust it with anything but another amendment. I noticed a while back that the fish fertilizer I had is very acidic and lowers my extremely high water pH by using a very small amount. I know that with my water or ACT, I can add just over 1/4 teaspoon of the fish fert per half gallon and it brings my pH to the 6.3-6.6 range.

So I don't really pH it......I just add a bit over 1/2 teaspoon in a gallon and it brings me in the perfect range.

If your water is about a 7.....I would try that with no adjustment. If the plants start to show any signs of being unhappy, you might need to pH it.

With my vegging girls being uppotted and the next round already in it, things should start to ease up in the watering/mixing for myself in the next 30 days or so. See how things go and I'll adjust accordingly.

Weird having my last two sets of girls show no signs of stress and then this problem with the mites causes all sorts of burnt tips at cetera LOL. Breaks my heart!

So I've got about a week left on my Blueberry and she is looking really Nice! With the recent warm spell, I sadly lost her clone as she dried out really rapidly one night. 3 nice colas that sway as I touch them. Definitely my largest colas and tallest plant so far. This round of girl's I did very little training to other than topping 3-4×.

Same deal as last round. I have to say that growing under LED is much easier at the seedling stage. I NEVER had any sort of seedling stretch under LEDs. If I raise my girls up to meet the light, I find it very difficult to monitor them.

Holy shit eh good for them specially the tragedy that happened in our own home city . Toronto has a guy tent a rental vechile and drove down Toronto killing 9 lives and 17 in hospital. Thengot out yelling to the cops to shoot him waving a gun.

Yeah Joe, that was pretty crazy to hear about that on the radio yesterday. How many hundreds of times have I walked across that intersection as a kid. I grew up about 2 km north of where this happened. Sad, sick sick individual..... I hope he rots. We had people from out of the province yesterday calling us to make sure that all of us were okay..... It really hits home. Hear about things like this happening in Europe, but you never think that anything like this will happen at home. This may sound ridiculous, but thank God it was a sick individual that did this and not some sort of a terrorist organization.

You're 100% right. Normally that would be the case. I'm hoping that since my soil has cooked for close to 50 days, that it won't affect my seedlings the same way. Right now I am battling stretch..... I hate stretch!
