Aren't they both Auto's? Then they should certainly both be females.
It was a good idea to top the other one. Now they will both grow equally in height.

The plant that is bushy was topped first and she's 8 inches tall the other one topped yesterday is 10 inches tall. Both looking pretty healthy if you ask me

Should I add another light for flowering? I'm just using the viparspectra 450w and I've heard it is really good for veg but not the best for flower. Was thinking about adding another light and switching the plants every day

I don't have any experience with LED lights, but my advice would be to hold off on another light. That light should be enough for two plants. Once your harvest is completed, you can then decide if you need more light or not.

Your plants are growing extremely well right now, so I wouldn't change anything!

The plant I had first topped had a leaf dying because it wasn't getting light so I sterilized my trimming scissors and cut the fan leaf. Heard you aren't supposed to do it on autos but oh well
