My First Grow Journal

What size mine are 6×19 i can't find one that size. So do I buy one bigger and make it fit
I really like this adjustable speed control 6inch inline fan. I love hurricane fans but they are too loud for my situation. This is quite and pulls pretty decent.

Then just buy good 6inch carb filter, bigger the better for a 4x4 tent. Hope that answers your question.

That is a really nice fan but what kind of filters are you run on the bottom vent holes in you tent so nothing but clean air come into your tent

I just use cheap 1" x whatever furnace filters. Attach up against the outside of the tent. They are usually at Lowe's for few bucks. I think mine are 1" x 16" x 12" . That are too big but do the job
Thanks opening those 2 cents helped airflow a lot. I was trying to pull more out then I was letting in the room was a little cooler and smell was better

I think dankman understands your question better then me.
My side bottom vents are open and my inline fan is pushing the air outside my tent into the carb. I ordered the wrong carb "too big" and that was my only option. And its work great, better then the carb inside for my situation.
Plus, I'm upstairs with the window open to pull fresh air into the room. Upstairs is great but I had more consistent temps in the basement.

I've never used a co2 bag. I would think it would be better in a sealed room. But I really don't know much about them
I know nothing about them was told to hang it close to my light cause the heat from the light releases the co2. How would you dont a sealed room? You guys tell me air flow is really important

So you are pushing your air you can push more then you can pull. What I read is you can only pull 100 cow thro a 6" pipe no matter how big your fan is that why I built that lung boxes. I really dont know what to call it. When I did my fan wasn't bogged down anymore

Imo air exchange is more important than the bags. I'd just not worry about those. People who use co2 usually have a sealed temp/RH controlled room. I always thought the bags were probably not effective, why I've never bought them. Nobody I know uses bags or co2 tanks

Ok it didn't make sense to me either with the air flow. It will grow mushroom when it's done and the wife can eat them. It was something to try but I dont think I will buy another
