Dont kid yourself Tony I took alot of your advice here bro,If it wasnt for you and a few others things would'nt be looking the way they do right now.I think the strains play a big part as well.that pk has been passed around this country for years now, its just a great pk pheno.the finished product is some of the frostiest stuff ive ever seen.Its going to get better from here on out I hope.the mini split will keep things where they need to be but I gotta say they seem to be loving the higher temps.Now that I have the basics of what plants like with led's its just a matter of pushing them to the max and getting the most out of them.:Namaste:

Simply , congratulations !!!!!!!

I have started to worry about the heat issue from dehumidifier in a sealed environment , specially in a tent !!!
I believe, there will be less humidity due to the fact that solution will be out of the tent most of the time, or it has to do only with the transpiration of the plants ?!?!?
I have to find an answer on this, of what to expect .... I can't untill I try , though ... lol

Hey Billy,its definetly from the transpiration of the plants bro,especially once you go into flower.Im removing 3-4 gallons a day out of the air and my room is sealed.Thanks for the kind words my friend

i just asked my mum to have a look since she does not look much and show her my defol job, " holy shit" was the response lol. asked her for a smell tests too since my nose is not great "hhmm it really smells like argh... like diesel... yeah really petrol smell with like some sort of a berry after tone..." me HUGE SMILE. mum its strawberry diesel! pretty happy.

watching your vid just now and i realised i made a mistake on my first defol by not taking enough, and on my second by taking a week or two early. if i did the first more then i would still be waiting another two weeks for the second. well now i know. your a great grower, im sure you have made plenty mistakes along the way but you have clearly learnt from them. awesome production on your girls man +rep

thanks D, you want to defol around day 21 of flower and then again around day 45 of flower and i make mistakes all the time,that room isnt right yet,the a/c needs to be better so does the dehumidification and the lights are way to close but the main thing is that I know all of this lol...its just a matter of money until its perfect. as far as im concerned I have the basics figured out this is only my second grow with led's ever, that set-up has alot more to give its just up to me to get it:)

Looks great Jon - making excellent use of those LED's. Couple questions:

1. How close are your lights to the tops, and what makes you think they're too close?
2. I think I read where you mentioned that you count the number of days flowering as from the day you first see pistils; how many days since you flipped the light cycle to 12/12?

hey Graham welcome to :420:, the lights are between 12-16 inches from the canopy.if they were stationary 28 inches would be ideal with these lights,because they are moving im thinking 20 inches would be ideal.the ideal amount of umol's for a flowering plant is 800.right now at 12 inches they are getting 1880 umols,this is to much even with them moving and will probably have a negative effect on the final yield.hopefully next round I will be adding 8 of Fero's new 145w lights and getting rid of the rails.I will be able to set the lights at the right height then.31 days from flip for those pics.That is how it should be done,the countdown should start from the beginning of the flower period not the transition period.

Oh man Thanks a lot Jon REaaaaaaally appreciate you reaching out man, OK so let me give you a lil details and you can tell me what i can change.
OK, my grow space is:
not high enough for me to stand in, so i would say 1m 20 is the highest point, you know i m on the top floor, and about 2 square meters, therefore i can not have so many plants nor a too strong light, i started 4 seeds 2 Blackjack, and 2 Blackberry cough from Nirvana it has been three days now, but i used their germination kit, which is taking long or maybe its just me being impatient( but i keep them at a temp between 20 and 27 C, and since i am only here one week out of 2( work a week in a different city and come home the free week, my girl will be keeping an eye on em for me but i have a small water pomp i can set up with a timer to give my babies what they need but i still have to experiment and set up the correct timing and... so that they only get enough water.
me being so unexperienced i ordered this grow and flowering tabs from Nirvana u know they have this doctor deal, i know its a lil stupid, but i thought having those will provide whats needed, and i ordered as well some iguana juice grow from AN. and some organic soil, but i am living in a country where english is not frequent haha so its hard for me to find these items described by everyone perlite....
but i got some shit that looks similar to perlite just a lil orangish brown, and i put the germination pad into the soil since i saw some of the first roots come out to the outside and not the inside of the lil pad, and as u know with LEDs and me being in a cold country my issues with temperature are now too hot but too cold, so i bought a heater with a thermal/timer control thingy which maintains the temperature now around 23C and turned on the 90 watt UFO LED instead of the lil 15w LED tray that i bought and regret now, but in addition the the red and blue 90w LED, i have a blue and red LED tray and a all blue tray.
so if there is anything u think i should change, add, know, watch out for, please keep me on track.
and Thanks again for the time man, i really really appreciate it, i come from the Kif land i just go to the mountains and walk thru the beauty fields of Kif ;)

lmao...thanks man,I would'nt give up on led's if you already have them bro theres some exellent led growers here,Tony Suzan and Buckshot are the first to come to mind.Theres alot of really good info between our journals on the differences of growing with led's.Take your time and read them and you wont have to go through all the trial and error BS that we all did lol...the brand of lights is also very important,there are alot of shit led companies out there making claims that are just rediculous so if you plan to get more of them do your homework first bro:)

Yep check out Tony's journal bro,so if I understand correctly you only have 1 hanging light the 90w ufo?the others are led trays? I have no idea what that is lol...with 1 full spectrum 90 watt ufo personally I would'nt grow more than 1 decent sized plant but if you want to flower the 4 you have on the go dont veg them very long at all or you wont have enough light once they get bigger.you basically want 4 colas on sticks,no training at all really, just let them do they're thing and hopefully they arent bushy strains.If they are I would pick the best 1 or 2 max or get another light.you have plenty of space(18-20 square feet) to exand and do a nice sog or scrog but you will need more light to fill it.
