My First Attempt

A1kane, I like the training you have going on there. Your gonna love the fox farms products. I added 30% perilite to my ffof soil. Its supposed to help with airation and drainage. I don't have anything to compare it to but I love the results I'm getting. Mine are 18 days into flower and really putting on the bud sites. I also pH my water every time. Keep after it. It's all about learning the first grow. I'm sure are second grows will be much better.

Thanks a bunch Killian. That perilite does sound like a good idea. Ima def try it out. Ive been hearing nothing but good thing about it. I def take you guys ideas to heart. Do you also use the foxfarm nutes as well or do you use something different?

Yeah I use the trio and the soluables. I went fox farms all the way. Mainly because of a thread I read somewhere where a guy grew two plants using fox farms exclusively and harvested 20 ounces. Of course he had lots of experience and mainlined etc.

Cool, thats what i figured i should do. Ff all around makes sense. This outdoor soil is garbage but holding me over until i can get my soil and nutes. I often find myself picking out growing grass and little clover leafs. Its pretty cool but i know it is possibly taking up root space.

There's lots of good products out there. I will probably try some different ones eventually. For now though its fox farms. You definitely want to transplant them in some good soil and start feeding them nutrients. They will love you for it

Ok guys like i said at the beginning i started with a custom made cfl grow box made from a old speaker i bought from a thrift store. She will now be my seedling/veg/clone(when i learn how to clone) box. Since i started my first grow 5 weeks ago, ive been stepping up my garden bit by bit as i get paid.

So far ive bought a:

4×4×6.5 tent

600watt mh/hps digital vivosun setup.

I finally will be complete with my garden setup shorty. This is what im planning on getting to complete my setup and officailly get this show on the road with the proper equipment....if you guys have any input feel free to let me know down below........

Same everything?

That one on the right is definitely outdoing the other.
If you can narrow it down to being genetics make sure you clone that one! Frfr

Granted your doing a very good job.
And this plant is able to grow in a wide range of climates and situations but to be responding that well to untreated dirt with no nutes id say tjats one i want in my stock anyday lol

Anyway im looking forward to seeing your equipment all set up and what your capable of with the proper tools because your killing it with what you've been able to piece together thus far.

Oh yea and look on ebay for a modular scrog screen you can find one like mine to fit your 4x4. Just clip the hooks to your poles and go for about 13 bucks i think mine was free shipping too!

Thanks bro, but yea same age and dirt.

The difference is i didn't do any training on the smaller one due to slow growth. It was looking bad but has been revived in the past weeks.

Soon as the bigger one shows its sex im going to clone if its not too late. Gotta do more research on cloning.
And for $13, man thats a winner.

Mine started showing sex at week 6 or seven. The male was a little longer. I suspected it was a male but couldnt confirm it until i started flowering. Those sound like some great strains. I'm not familiar with Attitude I'll have to check them out. Sounds like your on your way to some good grows. I'm waiting on my lights to come on so I can take some pics and do my weekly update. Happy growing brother .
