I saw my granddad waste away & die in just a couple of weeks to cancer. It's a horrible disease & I agree BG, spend more money on finding a cure, not blowing the money on war.

I really didn't deviate very much from their recipe. I Just decarboxilated 1 1/4 Oz of good buds, put it in the magic machine with 16 ounces of coconut oil and the oil button. Holy Moly - that is some medicinal oil and it is way cleaner than the way I used to do it.

I don't use their method for decarbaxilation. I put my whole buds in a pan. Then I cover and seal them with aluminum foil. I preheat the oven to 220 and let it go for 1 hour.

Easiest and strongest medicinal canna-oil I've ever made.

EDIT almost forgot the 1-TBS Soy Lecithin. Whew!

Man that is awesome Doc.....i am glad you like it....i love mine even though i have only used it once so far....definately the best butter and most potent i have made yet....and i guess that lecithin works great.....i account the potency too it.......well distribution of the THC:).....awesome brother:)......i think my next batch is gonna be the cocnut oil....areaady have it on standby:)

Keep hold of the pot after you have used it and then reuse it again like your dad would have . I only have good memories of my dad he was a great man. . Have a great green day gd .

Hey there BG.....sorry to hear about your dad going similar....it is hard to watch.....me and my mom took care of him totally....had a hospice nurse come in just to see where he was with vitals...other than that i administered the pain pills and morphine.....and between my mom and I we took care of everything else....dad didnt like other people taking care of him so it only seemed right that we be his care givers.......i would do anything to have him back, but never under the same circumstances......it was way too hard on him the last 3 or 4 months......but enough of that......only good memories now:) oh and you can believe me when i say i will never get rid of that pot:) i might glue some fishing crap on it.....that would make him happy:)lol.......i hope you are having a great day BG:)

Sorry to hear that Chronic......i honestly think that there is not one family in the world that hasnt been affected by some sort of cancer.....it is really sad.....and most of it is man's own fault and greed that has created so many opportunities for so many types of cancer.....just sad my friend.....

Couldnt have said it better myself guys.....we (our government) blow so much money on stupid things here in the US....but when it comes to the important things.....medical research, homeless children and Vets, education and so on it takes a back seat to thier own agendas......arrrghhh.......and they tell us to get our priorities right....how about you trying the same thing idiots:)lol

Did you use soy lecithin Dirty because that's all I can seem to find.

Here's what i got Reg.....this is all the health store had for liquid....the other was powder, but i think soy will be fine....the actual magic butter machine directions called for sunflower lecithin, but mine did just fine......one cookie knocks me and LB out for the night.......about the only time that i get more than 1 hour of sleep in a row.....one of them bad boys and it is a good 4 hours at a timme:)

Does it say "Soy" anywhere on the back label? I've been advised not to use soy lecithin

Soy lecithin is totally fine to use. It's used in all sorts of every day products. I've been using powdered for 3 years now and the potency is definitely enhanced. :Namaste:

Once I've made the oil, I let it cool down and then I use a children's oral medicine syringe to fill size 00 capsules. A pound of oil makes a pound of Canna caps. I wouldn't take more than 1 until you let it settle in for an hour or so. If you over do these you'll lose days lol.

Lecithin increases absorption of THC and other Cannabinoids into your cell membranes and speeds up the process. It doesn’t technically make your oil “more potent.” It’ll makes your oil more effective, so a 100 mg dose will still be 100 mgs, but the effects will come on faster and will feel stronger. This way, you can use less oil in your recipes (thus conserving your ganja) or use the same (thus getting you really really baked). Player’s choice.


there is also sunflower lecithin.

Hey jinn, thanks for the alternative. Soy doesn't contain gluten, but is often highly cross contaminated. I'm gluten intollerant, so nice to know there's an alternative. :)

Hey guys:).....Yeah Reg i was going to say what you did about mine came out fantastic so i am sticking with what i got:)......thank you for the info Doc.......and Jinn......nice break down of lecithin.....i basically knew that but was way to baked to put it that eloquently:)lol.......and Skunny yes the ladies are all dressed in thier best and looking provocative as ever......:)lol........i know this was a lazy post but it has been a busy day with shopping, buddy stopped in, visit with mom.....blah blah blah;)......now i am off for a few minutes to remedicate with them sexy girls;)
