MSquared's Organic Soil Indoor 4 Strain Grow - Perpetual

Beautiful work Buddy ! :high-five:

CC1 should be NOTM material......she just sparkles.

Quite a haul......and more coming! :goodjob::thumb:

Thanks so much my friend! I think so too, but wait until you see RB2.
You might want to change your mind after that, but PLEASE let me know!

Thanks again!

~~Harvest Photos/Information Part 2~~

Here is the continuation of my Harvest! These were some really great strains to work on, love and care for. I can't wait until their children finish up as I have my methods down pretty well so that should equal a pretty great harvest next time.

Onto this harvest! These first set of pictures is for Resin Bomb RB2, she was 47.5" tall at chop and yielded 340g wet. I was in awe of her most of the time.
I hope everyone enjoys the photos
This is the Final height chart for this run:

Here is Resin Bomb RB2 as I call her before chop:

Now on to CC2!
She was a tri top princess, who was severely staked because of the 3 tops. She turned out better than expected as she was only an inch tall clone in the very begining. She ended up being 37.5" and yielded 336g wet.
Her pictures:

one of her three colas:

This is the 3 main colas from her, the total weight of them are 64g wet -Not Bad

Here is the primary dry bed I use, yes it is a old screen door, but it works great!
From the top down you have RB2, RB3, CC1 and CC2. The colas or really large buds are hanging in my rack!

Well folks that is it for this harvest. It was a really good run this time and I learned so much about our beloved plant and I will continue to get better with these stains as each one brings something a little different to the table.
This harvest yielded us 1762g wet so that is pretty good and with a perpetual going I should have another harvest in a month from now so don't stay away to long!
I will be bringing you all up to date on veg and flr very soon along with smoke reports from each strain.
So thanks for coming by!
I also want to give a shout out to my peeps for helping me with this labor of love and they know who they are!

:peace: to all here @ :420:

That Screen Door looks great Buddy ! Nice Haul!

I will have an update soon for Flr, Veg, Clones and Seeds.
I have smoke reports and final weights to do...lions, tigers and bears ohhh my! LOL

I am putting in 6 more into flr tonight and you should see the 3 that have been in flower now for 3 weeks ~ WoW have they grown!

Thanks as always for stopping by my friend!

:peace: and :Namaste:

Thanks MS for your dry/cure process. I'm going to run that with the current drying Hammerhead just harvest today. I also have hydrometer so this will come in handy for the jar. Hope you don't mind I'm quoting your guide in my blog for others to check it out.

Congrats on the heavy pull! Those nugs are fantastic. Don't forget to enter them in the NOTM!

Not a problem. I really like the process, it gives me total control over the final humidity. Which as we all know is very important for storage and final taste among others.

Dont mind one bit!
:thanks: it was a pretty good run and I have the smoke report coming for 2 of the 3 strains I harvested.
They were way better than I even hoped for! I will have the reports and updates coming later today.

Thanks everyone and :peace:

~~Smoke Report on BCR (BC Roadkill) and RB (Resin Bomb)~~

ok so we had 4 people including me try them seperately and on separte days.
I used Twelve12's smoke report qualifiers that he was nice enough to let me use so without further delay...
I found this bud to be very good during the day, not something if you need help sleeping. I would definitely call this one a great day time smoke. Citrus with a hint of skunkiness.
The BCR is as follows:
Bag Appeal: 7/10
Fragrance: 6.75/10
Smoothness: 8/10
Flavor: 7/10
Duration: 2+hours
Munchies: 11/10
Cerebral: 7.5/10
Couchlock: 5/10
Relaxation: 8.5/10
Paranoia: 1/10
Sex Drive: 3/10
Pain Relief: 6.5/10
Anxiety Relief: 6/10

Now on to the Resin Bomb. This beauty has hints of purple all through her. She tastes of berries and fuel undertones. She is a great night time smoke. Puts you out and awe man she does a number on pain and anxiety.
Bag Appeal: 9/10
Fragrance: 7.5/10
Smoothness: 8/10
Flavor: 7.5/10
Duration: 3+hours
Munchies: 6/10
Cerebral: 7/10
Couchlock: 9/10
Relaxation: 8/10
Paranoia: 0/10
Sex Drive: 6.5/10

I hope everyone enjoys this and please leave any comments!

Until next time

~~Veg and FLR Pics/Info Update~~

This is going to be a condensed update for today, just a way of bringing everyone up to speed on my garden.

Here is the final height/weight chart of the harvest. It fell a little short of what I wanted, but overall with all the issues (which I have explained in earlier posts) I had it turned out wonderful and I can't wait for the next run to finish up so I can compare to this one.

I had 1762grams wet - I was hoping for only a 70% loss, but it ended up being 75%. I believe this to be pretty normal and I am hoping that people chime in to give me what they find to be their normal % loss.
I ended up with 448grams dried and ready to go. You can see each one on the chart.

Height/Weight Chart:
HeightChart7.jpg

On to veg. I have moved 6 from veg into flr. I had 3 already in there and they should be ready in 5 or so weeks from now. At that time I will put in 6 new ones in to keep my perpetual humming along.

I have 10 left in veg, but clones are coming and I might even purchase a few seeds to add some to my exisiting 3 great strains. Everybody is doing great in veg, lush and green - just the way we like em!

Here are the 5 on the shelf they are all in 4g pots.

Here are the 5 on the floor, 2 are in my big black pots and the other 3 are in 4g pots

FLR room is filling up nicely, I would like some growth out of the new ones in there and I will have a height chart for them tomorrow.
This is the left side of flr and these 2 sweeties are turning into monsters! yeah!

Well there is my not so little update, I hope everyone enjoys and I'll see you around.

:peace:

Hi all! Hoping everyone here @ 420 is having a great day :)

I measured all my gals last night to update my height chart.
They are all growing better than expected and I am hoping develope beyond their mothers. I have not had any set backs with any of them thus far (fingers crossed - haha).

So here is the current height chart:
HeightChartClones7.jpg

As you can see from the left side of the chart that there are 9 in FLR at the moment and 3 of them are in week 3.5 and the others that have gone in as of 10/7 are all growing well.

The other 10 are in veg still and will remain there for the next 5 weeks. I will have to trans one more from the 4g pots to the large black ones so I have 3 large black and 3 4g each month into FLR.

Thanks for all who stop by!
:peace:

Congrats on all of your positive progress MS! :thumb:

I'm very impressed with your dedication to documenting all of your various strain progress on paper like that! I'm sure the data will be a very helpful reference volume for you down the road! :)

Keep up the great work!

:) thanks gg7!

yeah, I have this entire excel workbook of information, soil build to calendar to height charts its all in there...

As always thanks for stopping by, I am going to have a good update tomorrow.
I have to feed tonight, they are all hungry :)

:peace: brotha!

A little Friday update!

So I watered/fed last night with the Alfalfa Tea I had been brewing since monday. They all seem to love it and usually only feed the tea a couple times during flower.
At the end of the 3rd week and then again just at the end of week 7.
I had made quite a bit so all 19 plants got one 56z picture full and the 3 oldest in flr received another 56z of the brew. So I shall see how the veg plants respond to it...

I also transplanted RB2a into a black pot from the 4g she was in. I did this because I need 3 black pots and 3 4g to go into FLR in a month, which only leave me with 4 in 4g pots. I have to clone tomorrow! :)
This perpetual thing gets tiring from time to time, you just have to keep up on seeds, clones and rotations and feedings for all the different stages, but I just LOVE it!

I will have full pictures and such on Monday.

Oh yeah I also entered NOTM using these picutures:
DSC000887.JPG

DSC000895.JPG

I am pretty proud of this nug and its from a strain that I haven't seen grown and sure should be by more people cuz she is a heavy hitter!
So EVERYONE should be voting!!

:peace: and have a great weekend!

Hey MS!

Great info!

May I suggest posting some actual strain reviews on these in the MMJ Strain Review section of the forum! Lots of folks check that section out and may not see these here in your journal! I know that the 420 staff encourages us to post comprehensive strain reviews in that section whenever possible. :)

~~Product Review - EASY REACH PLANT PULLEY~~

Hey everyone!
I was purusing our local HD the other day and noticed this little package near all the outdoor supplies. I stopped and picked it up. I had not seen these here before so I was entrigued enough to open a box and and was really surprised at how well they were made. So I grabbed 4 boxes of them. I was hoping the check out person was not going to say they were to much per box. They were on sale for $7 per box with 2 in each box. woohoo I thought and bought them. Took them home and took them all out and replaced all my chains that were holding my various light arrays and my MH/HPS lights. These things rock!
Very well constructed and I would recommend to anyone.

Hey all!

Here is a little update on things around the garden.
everything is going well... really great. No complaints and No problems (knock on wood or my head- LOL)

I will be watering tonight for one thing so I will be taking a bunch of photos and posting those tomorrow.
I measured everyone last night and I will be posting the chart at the bottom of this update.
I also took 20 clones last night, 16 are in peat pellets and 4 are in my DIY aero cloner. I am going to see which root first and of course I will be taking pictures of both of those for tomorrows posting as well.

Thanks as always and :peace:
