You guys are the ones I heard of Back Building from. I had it written down to do this with at least one of my Northern Lights. Photos.
What week or how long from harvest should I execute this ?

I'm at day 35 since flip and 33 since posters first showed. Around halfway through flower seems to be the best time for it.

Thanks OG. I think I've entered every plant I've ever grown, including 'the male' and this one will receive the same treatment. Granted this one does stand a slightly better chance than all my others

You take a lot more when back building than we do. I was operating under LA's Tut and it says to take a wee bit and two hairs. Just making sure we do it right. Also, I don't care for the looks of non back built buds now. And the dense buds it produces is awesome.
Your lady is looking awesome right now. Can't wait to see what she does for ya. Also, does she have any traits to show if you make the lights off Temps colder? Purple, black or any other color? Just curious. Keep it up bud. POTM for October!

Well for one thing it keeps his snipping skills finely tuned, plus it also allows him to finally get some hair on the palm of his hand.
All kidding aside what it does is it tricks the plant into creating more dense buds. There is a whole technical explanation about why it works, but the bottom line is, it works.

Yeah it was the pineapple express that was male, I have lots of his offspring ready to go when space permits. I'm not sure if she has any traits to go after or if I'd want to go after them. On the back building point about how much I take off, I took 1 mm of flower and the top pistels off every tip, all 28 of them. Potm October? Not sure if entry will be Oct or Nov yet, projected harvest window is 8th to 15th Oct.

Pretty much, she is due a light defoil in the next week or 2 but other than that, it's a race for the line.

Mr. A it's been awhile I've been busy with life and waiting on my seed shipment so I've just been experimenting playing around and watching you and a few others I'm not a guru so usually don't have much to say but I read it all and learn as much as possible but could u help me out here with some training advice
I'm not sure if you remember but we talked about how I was trying something "new" well I did and it's working so far it's not sea of green and it's not a "proper" flux but it's a mix of both.
As you can see I've got the manifold AND the table top but I did it without the initial third node cut that you would normally do on a flux. Also I'm in flower now and I've got a deficiency I'm working on them but I'm curious as to "thinning out" and your thoughts on defoliating. As you know I've already stressed this girl to her limits and shocked her and slowed her down to a crawl until about 3 weeks ago when she started her pre flower stretch then it was like bam another foot and a half. There's more in my journal thanx brother
