High MrA how long until the tape comes off do you think, will it be counterproductive in some way if left on too long? Sorry if that seems a silly question but I'd feel sillier not asking lol. I saw the pics and it sprang to mind
Yeah one of the flux arms broke while tucking it back under the other ones in the middle. It happens. The next one will be a ton better.

I'm not gonna take it off, if anything, I'm looking at adding more brace to it. I know the split is open under the tape so i need the brace there to stop it splitting further.

I thought it would knuckle and produce a stronger flow, damn that's my thinking blown completely off track. I thought it would heal

That split will have healed fully in a week mate.if u remove the tape after 7 days it will be a solid knuckle

Hey my friend, OK so with a flux split, as it's under constant pressure to pull away, it does need binding up with wire to aid its healing! Then let's talk space! 
you've bloody loads! Vertical wise anyway. A flux as a mature plant won't stretch much unless its in the genetics. Also the stretch will be spread evenly like no other style of training maybe apart from a scrog.
Any folks who know the spot I Started growing in knows it was about the same size as this wee spot! Let's just say its very possible to get around 15 oz out of that space! So you've plenty of scope left for the vert stage!

I'm not overly worried about it, a tad concerned maybe. I just don't want it to get any worse. I started with light ties after only 5 days and can feel the split through the tape. Gonna get some wire on there later. Better safe than sorry

Just my thoughts on the pressure, as I was sat last night I was thinking about all the weight of flower pushing down can't be any good. Im gonna bind her up good later, might even loosen the ties for a week or so.
As for space, as long as stretch is minimal I know I should be ok, i need to check out Ottawagreen again to see how his stretch. She is a fast growing strain tho.

Few more weeks before flower yet, I'm eager to flower her myself. She gonna be a beast for sure. The pot she sits in took me an age to decide on, i looked at all sorts before I went about cutting down the 15 gal.

thats roughly 60 litres for us aussies isnt it A ,60litres will get you a biiig plant mate !

That's about right but I only used half of it. I got a 56 liter pot and cut it in half as it was too tall for the space. Left with a pot holding aprox 28 liters.

ahhhh now i see ,i missed it the low profile looks good and even 28 lt in that space is going to pump
