I've thought about it, but I dont wanna run the risk of running out of space. I might kick myself later on but hey. :high-five:

Awesome grow all around on the DD Mr A!

Can't wait to read the smoke report!

Hope you are having one hell of a time at Silverstone. Totally forgot to turn on the tele to see you rocking the 420 mag shirt. Hope you took some awesome pictures that you possibly could share with us!

Had a great time, I'll post some more pics over the next couple of days. Didn't manage to get the 420 shirt on TV but I'll post a video later that I am in:thumb:

Pure Chocolope
Fluxing Monster
Day 83

Well she didn't seem to notice that I'd been away and looked fantastic when j got back, being the doting father that I am, I stripped her back and tied her down. As it was getting a little crowded round the ends, I bent another 4 arms back to fill the center some more and adjusted the others to fill the space. I think she is now ready for some vertical growth. Let the bush begin to grow :laughtwo:
I've put the before and after on each shot to show what I've done.

hey there weedmeoff and welcome to my journal, there is plenty of room in here for everyone so make yourself comfortable and have a go on this
I'll pop by yours in a little while, if I forget, please remind me. I have the memory of a stoner

I forgot to come back to remind you to stop by my journal, instead I reminded LA then realized it was you. Stop by and say hi when you have a moment. Still getting my feet wet, trying to get a perpetual grow going. Maybe I will flux one day.....?

Rock on!

Update coming later...

I know I joked about the boat shape earlier but I really like the new shape. Also that she filled in while you were away. She looks really happy.

I've actually been wondering if growing at slight angle might be better. In other plant species (I know, cannabis is different, but hear me out) the ideal branch angle for maximum lateral extension is 30-45 degrees. Less than 30 degrees growth slows reducing spread, over 45 and growth is mainly vertical.

Back to cannabis and fluxing. I can see it's much easier to train the branches flat against soil than in the air and to keep everything even with leads slightly higher as you said was key to flux elsewhere I think. I started using branch wiring for better control of growth (just posted pic on my journal). Wondering if that could be used to create faster developing 'aerial' flux. Would that work, or am I missing something?

On the diagonal she will stay :) she's gonna get big :)

Yes she will :) she doesn't fit sideways anymore :)

Hey rabbit. :passitleft: for some epic training check out light addicts threads. He is currently training a deathstar of buds. That takes training to a whole new level. I'm going to learn that you can do anything with this fine plant.
Has anyone grown upside down yet?

Awesome thoughts! Yes you can speed a flux up by doing a more freeform style of training. Yet to be honest its about the flow during flower and unless you re set her before hand you would mess with the fluxing cycle and that comes into play massively with the idea of the feeding loop!
If speed of flux is what your after then simply flux from clone, yet use second wave of clones from mother. This let's you take the first as normal but take the cutting just above a node. Then the second clone wave can be pre prepared mini fluxed clones ready to start track ning already.

I've never said this was a quick process, just a very useful method for learning about your plants as you have a very close up one on one relationship with a flux :)

Also once your experienced with fluxing you can indeed go freeform more, its just the readjust part you have to mind againstma huge split! :)
