Mr Am4zin's Attempt At Fluxing A Monster - And A Few Side Projects

Lol you top at the third node to create the T or main flux point. Then you train the 2 shoots out horizontal, stripping every other node away as it grows out, leaving only side on nodes along the main flux arms! These we train out stripping away growth apart from growing tips! This is to form just one colas per branch, or basically you end up with many smaller plants to work with :)

Also the quick guide to fluxing is just that, the BIG flux central thread has it all in finite detail, its just a few hundred pages long :)

If you're having space issues now, just wait until that monster your creating is able to stretch it wings in flower!!!

Mine got to the point where it was 28" across and wouldn't fit through my small 2' door without having to bend the colas in.

:tokin:

My original flux was in a tiny spot and all ya do is undo each main end each night and the flux will spring back, closing up some and letting you squeeze her into her spot :)

She's not been out of the box since she went into the big pot and nor will she be. Space issues should be sorted when the 3 autos finish, should be about 4 more weeks, then I can shift the pot to middle of box and let her enjoy the space for a short time.

Huh I have never heard of this method. Light addict's post didn't really explain anything, just showed pics. Are you topping the seedling as soon as it makes a second or first node?

Anyway I just stopped in to sub

Thanks for stepping in buddy

Good advice for future reference. Cheers

I was attempting to start Flux the other day and broke both branches at main stem. After a little taping up and sweating and a few questions answered here I relaxed and put her back under lights. Just one more question (til next time I figure). When I topped she was. A bit further along then 3 nodes. I topped at 5th node and buried her so only 3 nodes were visible. For all intents and purposes I think I'll be okay when I begin to train after breaks heal up. Could someone look at my journal and see if what I got going on is what's supposed to be going on ?
Thanks for all of your help.
