Morda Grows Blacken Blueberry Rose With The ZE250 Sponsored By ParfactWorks

I'd try cutting off a small branch & putting it in a cup of water to see if the branch roots. It just might. Then you could put it on 18/6 & Re-Veg to grow it the way you want to. Just cut the buds off the small branch & leave as many leaves as possible. I think it will work.
I took cuttings once when I grew some regs so I could put the cuttings on 12/12 to find out which were males. They all rooted & I planted the females. I didn't re-veg though. They stayed on 12/12 & made Bud-sickles.

I appreciate the thought but, at this point it is just not that important to me to go through the work. I have other seeds from the same Kush plant that this one grew from. It is definitely a thought for a future grow however, I'm sure I can get the same result with these seeds. It is quite interesting what your results were and cool too.

A guy called "Weedzer" on another site showed me that when I did my 2nd or 3rd grow. It was all bag seed so I wanted to get rid of the males before I started Flower. Worked well. This is the same guy who showed me how he makes wine while producing Co2 for the tent at the same time.

Excellent, I know who to talk to when I get to that point. :D This is my 3 real grow and 1st with LEDs. I will have a few questions when I get there. With your Cherry on Top re veg, I'm impressed!

Once I get done with the @ParfactWorks sponsored grow, I will be working into cloning. I may re veg this grow, would depend on 1 good female. The plan was to do the light switch to 12/12 and find out faster before my pick of the best two as you said. :high-five:

Seed 3-2 has broke ground today, that makes 4 so far, still 3 more to go.

Seed X at 5 days... Seems to be cooking right along under the @ParfactWorks ZE250.

I'm liking the node spacing, no real stretch, that is how I like it! :thumb:

Here is an overview of the grow. The incandescent light is only there for heat. It brings that area up to 80-82F

I checked out my friends pots like yours over the weekend. Only thing he does different is he puts a 3 gal. grow bag full of soil in the bucket instead of just the soil. They do grow well. Now if he'd just start training the plants he might get somewhere. He just lets it all grow wild; so he only gets a few ounces per plant (2-3).

It is recommended to put a layer of fabric between the dirt and reservoir layer. It is probably his way of having that layer.
Yes training is needed more when growing indoors but outdoor plants do better with it too. Keep poking him, it may get through to him. :)

Well my friend came through on more seeds for my bank, This time, Jedi Kush (Female) crossed with Blueberry Smoothie (Male). :yahoo:

Today is the 7th day on seeds 1-2, 2-2, & 4-2 since put in the cups. I usually give them 7 days to brake ground. Because these were fresh seeds I will give them 2 more days. I added 40ml of water to each of them today to see it that gives a boost. If not, I will pull them from the room and check on the sprout to see what happened.

I seem to remember it's best to let seeds dry for 2-3 weeks before running viability tests on them. Some folks then give them a night in the fridge as well!
Yes I was thinking that after I started the first batch, the second batch had dried for about a week only. I just crossed my fingers and took a chance.

I could wait and start new ones in a couple weeks if need be. I do have the 4 that have broke ground to choose from. Even If no more brake ground, I will still have those plants to work with.

Lesson learned the hard way.

Oppp my bad... make that 5 to choose from. I had forgot about Seed X the volunteer.

Done shucking seeds, not a bad haul if I do say so.

Well I messed up, saw a rise in the dirt in seed 2-2's cup I gently moved it and when I did I knocked the hull off and in the hull was one of the first leaves, can never remember what they are called. The sprout is not looking good this morning. I will give it some time but I think it is done.

After that I decided to check on the other two, all I found were empty seed hulls and no roots. So, I have for sure 5 to work with for runner ups. I'm good with what I have since only 2-3 will be in the final grow.

I'm going to give the ones in cups a few weeks to grow then transplant them to 1 gal containers. Once they are in those and past the shock of transplanting I will flip the lights to 12/12 to get them to show sex so I can pick 1 male and 1 female to breed then put them back into veg.

Patience is the number one lesson I've learned in growing.

Yeah I need to do better at just slapping my own hands at times. I think it is one of the hardest things to do sometimes.

Edit: Just got word more Jedi Kush seeds are on the way. :thumb: Started thinking of a name for this one and ended up with "Blue Lightsaber"

So, the new Jedi Kush seeds I got today came from a plant that was dark purple, the other was more green. Because of that I will keep them separate marking them "Blue Lightsaber-P" so I can keep them apart.

As far as seed 2-2 goes it has shriveled up. :rip: I wanted 6 to choose from but, having 5 is more than workable. The Up post are 1/2 gal not 1 gal. That is ok as they are big enough to let them veg before I flip them to find out the sex.
