It’s one of those nights mid flowering that everything comes at the one time.

I defoliated and tied up the critical hog, she only has another couple of weeks to go until harvest, the other three plants got a slight defoliation to clean up the crowded areas, and I removed many of the lower ‘sucker’ shoots that won’t amount to much.

I also ordered some more CFL bulbs today, so I should be able to get some natural light pics of the flowering and vegetative tents.

subbed in for this one:popcorn: i remember following your old journals when i was just a lurker! Cant wait to see whats in store!

Welcome fella! Glad to have you along for the ride.

Things are starting to finally pick up in the tents, if I remember to update the journal that is...

Rigged up a cfl for some ‘natural’ light pictures of the garden.

Veg tent first

The ‘big girl’ Mother of Berries from TH seeds, getting a little bit of training under the screen. The screen is only temporary to push her flat, I’ll remove it again in 24 hours or so, letting her grow naturally again.

I’ve took some clones from her, as soon as they have rooted they are going straight into flowering, just want to double check it’s a stable plant in terms of hermie traits and proper budding. Don’t want to put all my eggs into a possible dud when it comes to flowering time.

Red Dragon from barneys farm, she’s the next plant into flowering when the critical hog is done.

And two Purple #1 from Dutch passion and a couple of critical hog clones.

Cheers fella!

I’ve never been one for picking up smells in strains, 99% of the time I can’t pick up a different taste between harvests, so the best I can say, is it smells really nice.

Mrs Mono is much more of a connoisseur when it comes to weed, I’m the mere florist in the household.

Ideally I would let her grow another week or two, but orders are in, she has to come down to dry and start curing in time for sale in two weeks.

The big girl is going to be a monest with another 10 weeks? of veg!

Critical hog looks like it could be a decent yielder. Have you grown it before?

That’s the dream, although I’m thinking of putting her into flower when I harvest the mother of berries and critical hog, I don’t really have anything else big enough to put in the flowering tent, and I really dislike running the flowering tent half full.

Critical hog is a great yielding plant, I’ve been growing it on and off since 2012, probably 20 different plants, all from seed, and every plant has been a stable, relatively fast flowering very high yielding strain. One of these days I would love to get some seeds of my own, or run one as a mother plant.

If your interested, the breeder is TH seeds, whom I would also highly recommend.

I'm sure going to look into it how is the smoke? Did you do a review on it?
