Mono Grows a Pound

Hey mono.....just caught up on your journal....alot has happened in just a month:):)....you are rocking it:adore: i just got done harvesting critical kush and was happy with the yield, taste, stone.......:)....i really like your aggressive style.....shows us how resiliant these plants really are......subd for the ride......:):Namaste:

Always under the magic 9, with emphasis on personal smoke. However, (not sure if I am violating any rules, mods?) two ounce of sellable bud a week would be great, 1/2 pound a month.

So really thought it would be a great time to start talking hypothetically on strains, lighting, methods etc. I will have two rooms, but if flowering could be achieved under a single 600 I would be over the moon. (or 2 x 400 if needed lol)

Anyhow, thoughts, opinions, criticism all welcome, and wanted :)

subbed up! looking great buddy! fan of the training methods, some great followers as well ;) mr LA is an amazing guy to have behind your back haha. i have some of my own training techniques, but they basically all branched from him proving to me that it was BS that u would turn them hermie from mutilating them. looking forward to seeing your results! i also have a little setup going, though im using some LEDS..... have been seriously considering going to a 600 watt HPS but, i have a feeling my below par (heheh) grows so far are User error, and not really my lights.. (My fault not the plants or lights) i generally can pull them out of it... but alot of trial and error for me haha. so far, your grow is very impressive! i cant wait to buy seeds instead of using JUST bagseed.... some legit genetics would be nice. keep it up man!!!! dont get greedy, that is the only thing that really matters man.

You always seem to grow out strains on my top shelve list B! Do you use any particular breeder?

Really happy to have you here my friend. I grew out some pineapple chunk last round (noticed in your sig) is yours from barneys? I was totally surprised at the growth in a month, thought they were going rater slow lol, guess I was wrong. :).

Hey :). Yeah LA ain't too bad :p, its thanks to him this journal is up and running after a good prompt. I think if you are running LED then you would be much better to stick with that. Its currently at the forefront of new technology, hps is old news now. You don't want to have to deal with the massive heat and electric problems.

I know what you are saying. When I move I will be running an 8ft x 10ft outdoor shed of all things. Super tempted to go huge but the main thing is me and mrs mono are buying the house, so mortgage. I have my own landscaping business which pays the bills etc, but get super quiet in the winter. Did the math and a 1/2 pound of bud a month would guarantee we can keep our head above water on the necessities, all the rest will be personal :)

Yep...Barneys Farm....i did one in ffof soil organically last year and did ok with it ....was one of my first grows in forever and first organic......loved the smoke so hopefully this one goes off:)

I would suggest, moving it in another town... Coz if ya shit on ya own doorstep, your garenteed to get it in house, sooner or later my friend.

On another note, hows the passive intake working out ??... Did ya manage to keep it open with the spare ducting ??, hope so coz its alot cheaper than another fan set up..

Ya girls look awesome, as usual...

As for commercial side, cover ya arse 360 degress... Greed n jealousy, on others side can be a potent motivator for em. Awesome weed hitting the streets, makes ripples.. Ripples get noticed by big fish in the pond !!

Remember we are but animals.... Your instincts are you most powerful friend, trust em implicitly..., trust yaself and no other..

When i meet my guy, i am Tactically aware.. I will abort and go elsewhere if anything " bings" my radar !!... Unusual car , stranger, too long a look etc etc... My escape routes are planned.... Its not paranoia, its just i like my doors unlocked and windows without bars !!

Thanks for all the info matey, the notion of getting caught is the most worrying thing about growing weed, I suppose once sale is involved the whole ball game changes again.

Hmm, an 8th may be expensive. A pound maybe not so much haha
 
Sorry it has been a while for the update.

Since the last major defol / torture session they have really just been recovering for the past few days. Gave them a watering and a little feed yesterday.

After a good look inside the tent, it seems that now is the time to induce flowering. Changed the timer this afternoon, so at 8pm this evening the plants will experience their first long night. 12/12 officially begins today 5/12/14.

I will get a load of pics up for you guys tonight, exciting times ahead :)
