Momma's Kitchen Serving: Black Cali Grape

Just put these babies into flower but my guess is they are male. But that's my guess. These are the last two to sex. I also cloned them before I flipped. I'd love to capture the pollen if I could. These were my fav plants out of this crop, sad I can't keep them.

I kinda remember in the Pollen Chuckers journal they took cutting and the plant still finished with soil n roots. Is that a clear memory or an enlightened one that lead me own my own journey.... dam I love oil....

Penny & Mr S I think you are in that journal. Can you shed son light pls

Well I had males and collected pollen. I know I didn't do it right lol. I just wanted to see the plant do it's life cycle, But I read that you can cut the plant put it in water, doesn't matter how much light it will finish. I think it was in Pollen Chuckers journal. @Dankman_420 ? Hi Dank, Momma's got a question pls
Hope you and your loved ones are safe.

Hi momma :ciao: Hopefully all's well with you and your family :) I have read that is true. It can be cut and put in water in a window or anything with light. I personally have only flowered out one male and it was a full sized potted plant. My next breeding project I will be trying to just flower a branch in a window. The full size male was just too much pollen to contain for me. Your garden is looking great!

Thanks Dank!!! Sorry I thought it was your journal I read about it. I agree I had done a few 1 gallon males for pollen, let's just say I got covered! Not doing that again lol
sorry for the delay

OK so you see the one that looks kind of scrappy but all the hairs are going in any direction. I feel like this plant and one other that looks exactly like it are Hermies. The Bud structure is so different and looks Like undeveloped tiny tiny seed pods if you pull the bud apart. Compared to the other flower that have strong hairs. It also has no tiny little seed pods. I know this plant is completely a female. So I'm watching the other two kind of nervous about it.

Also The two plants that I just put into flour about a week two weeks ago. It is developing a little bud sides but no sex sites. So now I am apprehensive about these plants as well being Hermies.

It may be the strain? I have never gone this strain before so I'm trying to be patient and watch it play out but I'm also aware of the implications if I am right or wrong about what sex they are.
So frustrating!

I have one fav of this plant. She is so aromatic. Sweet Grape smells. She is super frosty and becoming dense in the bud room. I cant wait to hear how she smokes.

Okay here is the problem.

The leaves are yellowing on BCG and critical mass. They are maxed out at 30.5 g of mega crop feeding 2 L per feeding.
The leaves continue to yellow and speckle. I'm thinking to add Cal Mag. Just not sure how much. Some of the BCG is closer to finishing however the critical mass is maybe halfway and yellowing leaves along with Glue. My measuring is spot on so I am so at a loss what to do am I OK to give more than 30.5 g?

It's really hard to see the colors so I can't say for sure to increase or not. The fact you are having several issues with different plants leads me to believe it's not nutrient issues. There is no harm in adding more MC a half gram at a time but if you get to 7g's there's something else going on.
A reset of the media and coming back with a lower dose of MC helps sometimes too.

Your the one that made it all happen! Thank you again for sharing all your knowledge and coaching me along the way between MC, seeds needing help opening and spotting things I'm to close to see.
Thank you @MrSauga
