Day 79 Is this normal?
I feel it's too early for this. the orange pistils. She's been slow the whole way and I had already adjusted my harvest timeline out further. Feel stupid for asking. Maybe it's fine. Pushed hard on nutes 2 days ago. And, of course, going from cfl to skylight back to light. Yes, watching for hermitude. none so far....she's a happy plant just slow.

Auto. She was female pretty early and slow the whole way. I've been using snid's Leialoha as my compare and she is already a step behind. Leialoha git harvested at 107 days... that would be around Sept 7. She looks now like maybe September 12. My guess is my clutzy fluxing slowed her down. Also wish I could throw some more light her way.... would adding another cfl 24w help or hinder?

It would help if heat stays constant., I run T5HO with CFL'S.

Keep fan moving air, still air gets hot quick.

Cheers

Looking beautiful MP! Can we get a shot of the entire plant? I'm preparing for the first topping on mine. My NL#4 stretched a lot right away so not sure how my fluxing is going to go. I guess it's all an experiment anyway, so we shall see. ;)

Hi Dirt, IJ, everyone....
Here's the thing. As I've said, snid's Leialoha has been my guide. Leialoha was harvested on day 107.... that would mean Matilda has 26 days left. But she needs way more than 26 days, dontcha think? I think maybe 35-40 days still. I know! That's a ridiculous amount of time for an auto and we were looking at cutting NLT Sept 15. Starting to worry. Also she's probably going under the Skylight again--- my partner lost a house to a faulty timer... Wasn't even for growing... they went on vacation and wanted to keep burglars away.... burned down most if the house so, u can imagine, NO NO NO timers. So skylight it is. Anyway, thanks for looking out for me!

My first journal covers the life of 3 northern lights from cropking. Priscilla came down around 80 or 90 days, Nadine more like 110, but my Maria was like 125 days old. Putting Leialoha right in the average harvest time. It's going to be a few more weeks for sure. But once the buds form up, it packs on weight and trichs rather rapidly. Patience is a good thing unless you have a fixed deadline, in which case you will lose some potency. But I bet she's done by your Sept 15. date, I think you'll be sampling by then. :rollit:

Hi, Snid! 80-125 days?!?! Wow! That's a fairly large span! That puts things in different perspective...particularly since I have several more of these same seeds.
Yes. Patience. Breathe. Grow. GROW GROW!
