Re: Mee Bery First Grooooow, (seriously)

mozltov! its a boy! sucks. anyways, nice pics of the ladies. the are really something! what kind of lights are you using cuz the way that they are they really like that light. jw. thanks and the plants are beauuuuuuutifullllll!

Re: Mee Bery First Grooooow, (seriously)

i know, having that boy plant SUX... i am at work at thee moment, but when i get home, imma take it out back and SHOOT IT...

Thanks man!!! i am using four 4ft flourescents: 2 that give blue light spectrum and 2 that give nice red spectrum! nothing, too fancy

Re: Mee Bery First Grooooow, (seriously)

I'd go with clones- they're cheaper ^__^

Welp, money isn't really an issue. and i will feel more comfortable sprouting seeds, cuz i've never clipped off clones, don't know how... don't know how to make them grow new roots, how to take care of them, when to clip them... i am completely clueless, so it would be easier to just buy fem. seeds and watch them grow, right?:peace: :bongrip:

Re: Mee Bery First Grooooow, (seriously)

i would recommend going with clones. im cant give u the info on cloning but i can tell u that if you clone from a female then its a guarenteed female that you are gonna get. k, say like you buy $50 worth of "femanized" seeds. what if almost all of them die or something happens in the shipment or something like that. besides, growing gives ya a sense of accomplishment. haha. anyway. cloning is when you take a piece off of your plant and then put it in some water for a time and after awhile it will start to grow roots. plant it and you have two of the same exact plants. (hence the name "cloning") haha. not calling ya stupid im explaining for others that come here and read this. after you plant it you treat it like a normal plant. you have one mother plant and take clones off of that and then plant all of the clones and expand your yield. i wanna do that if i ever get some white widow. where do you get floros that give off red spectrum? thanks and im loving them plants. gonna have an awesome yield. btw. what strain are they?

awesome!!!! thanks for that lesson!! F'N GREAT INFO!!! next grow i am gonna try and save one female and veg. it up then CLONE THE HECK out of it :cheesygrinsmiley: hehe
I don't know what strain they are, i got these seeds from various sacks of weed, but i only saved seeds from BOMB green (if i was lucky enough to find seeds) and i planted and there they are:headbanger:

Re: Mee Bery First Grooooow, (seriously)

the way the plants are feminized is that they're from a female pollinated by a hermie, or simply from a hermie that pollinated itself... so the resulting seeds just have a higher chance of being a genetic hermaphrodite... that's all...

Re: Mee Bery First Grooooow, (seriously)

ahhh, i see! .. i think i will try cloning!! : ) :peace: :bongrip:

KilleD the Male, maaan.

Plant UPDATE

I killed the boy last night... I took it out back and shot it! :trance:

so now i have 3 females growing it up! but it sux that the one in the hydro set-up was a male, all well! it's good the the extent that
there is more light to go around to the other 3! :cheesygrinsmiley: Everyday I look, there are more and more hairs! I will take picutres when the hairs are long and u can see them everywhere, but for now- if you wanna see pictures turn back a page... that's them yesterday... pics do them no justice, cuz they are bigger than they look

Re: Mee Bery First Grooooow, (seriously)

I NEED HELP!!
I am moving soon, and the 3 ladies gotta come, too - they are, too big to put in boxes, sheeit they are 3 1/2 weeks into budding!! they look beautiful, but BIG!!!! n/e how... We are renting a U-haul truck... so should i make it so i move at night? it'll be dark inside the truck-- and it'll be dark outside! so you guys think i can move them without harming them??? cuz if i do it during the day they are gonna have a long period of dark (during the day) that's no good! HEEEEEEEEEELP!:peace: :bongrip:

Re: Mee Bery First Grooooow, (seriously)

Yeah, if you can make the move durring your dark period that would be best. How far do you have to drive? I don't think the move will be that traumatic as long as you keep the temp and humidity the same in their new home. If you had to move them durring the day, and you don't have to take them too far, you could cover them w/thick black plastic trash bags. Or, is there a possibility that you could take them separately before or after the move w/the U-Haul? The back of a U-Haul might shock them w/cooler temps than they're used to, but you could keep them toasty in a car.

Well they are kinda big, so i cannot really take them by car, they are gonna have to be in the back of that truck, but i will make sure it is nice and warm in there for them, and the move is only like a 30 min trip, so i think i will be ok:peace: :bongrip:

Re: Mee Bery First Grooooow, (seriously)

thx guys!!
um, they varied in size when i put them into flowering, but they have grown a lot since and it has only been like 3 weeks, the tallest one was just under 3ft tall when it was put into flowering, and now it's a little under 4ft tall! and i still got a little over a month to finish flowering!:peace: :bongrip:

PlanT UPDATE

I moved this weekend! and the moving of the plants was a success! But it wasn't easy!!!: I had to take a ride in the back of a moving truck on a small sofa that would slide everytime we hit a turn, while i was holding 2 Big plants! One of the plants was small enough to let ride in the back seat of the car, but the other 2 had to ride in the back of the moving truck with me! It was scary and long, but we made it, and they're still growing it up:peace: :bongrip:

P.S. I will post some more pics of the plants when i get home later on,

they are looking nice and FROSTY!!!!!

Re: Mee Bery First Grooooow, (seriously)

Should have taken pics of the move, sounds hilarious!

Re: Mee Bery First Grooooow, (seriously)

Dude, it was!!!! i was actually holding on to both plants the whole time... one for each arm, and they were sitting on my lap, except for the times when we would hit bumps, holy shit!! there was one bump that knocked me up-out of the chair and i almost dropped the plants! and it was sooo dark in there, and all the other stuff we were moving was making noise and sounded like it was all gonna fall on us! it was scurry :peace: :bongrip:
